  • that a huge stroke.. went for5.75L to 7.1L shit

  • wow car sounds and looks sweet very nice dude.

  • wow what a F N monster great car love it ......love the paint lay out perfect build

  • You have a great car. Im lookin for some help. Im building a 446 windsor with F2 pro charger on E85. Have you had problems with breaking or throwing your blower belt? Ive been considering running the gear drive set up for the pro charger but I want to keep my car looking sleeperish. What do you think? I would appreciate some feed back.

  • @72Horton

Haven't thrown or broke a belt yet. I replace it every year just to be safe, but i don't race every weekend. Maybe 20-30 passes, 1000 street miles. You want to avoid hitting the rev limiter at all times when running a cog setup, because that is what most of the time will cause belt breakage/throwing. If you are going for the sleeper look go with the belt. Geardrives put a damper on cooling system size also, which will limit your street driving too...

  • @badstangz Thank you

  • @72Horton btw if you want it sleeperish, a gear drive should already be out of the question. F-series prochargers already make whatever theyre put on sound like jet aircraft, and it's even louder with a cog drive

  • Hey man sweet car. What type of bracket are you using for the supercharger? Is it a 5.0L style that bolts straight up to the windsor block and does it use existing water pump bolt holes? I'm trying to figure out which bracket will fit my 79 block and I'm almost certain a 5.0L style bracket will work.

  • @bigrigs The Procharger F2 bracket uses the 3 accessory holes on the SBF cylinder head. All small block fords should use the same bracket when running the blower as a side slinger.

  • I have the same wideband. What issues are you having? Mines works pretty good for me so far. I found a conversion chart on the net somewhere for using it with E85. If need it let me know and I will post it. Right now only used the widebands with 93 octane, Cam 2 and C116 fuels for turbo, supercharged and NA cars all with FAST and Accel dfi fuel injected. Carbs are new for me but not having any issues yet but haven't slapped the turbos on the engine yet with a carb so will have to wait and see..

  • Ever have any issues with running E85 as far as AFR changing a lot with the change in outside air temps changing from like 90 degrees in the day to around 70 degrees at night? Do you need to change your jets from summer to winter months?

  • @Blewbyyouracing I never notice much of a change in AFR, but I don't monitor it regularly.... although I would like to. I haven't had much luck with my Innovate LC-1 wideband. I haven't altered the tuning since this dyno pull over a year ago. I only drive the car April through October. I will say it doesn't start very nice when the temp drops below 50.

  • Simply bad ass!! And thanks for the info on the carb! I have a 393w looking to put my two 67mm turbos on it and wanted to try a blow threw. Everyone is telling me to go with CSU!! So that is what I am going to do. Thanks!!

  • If you do not mind me asking what brand carb are you using?

  • @Blewbyyouracing It is a Holley 4150 style 850cfm, modified by CSU for blow through and E85. csucarbs.com
