Wrong, check the Oil cooldown on the bottom right part of the screen, it was on cooldown when panda first appeared, i used it as soon as it was avaible again.

I used all the skills chipper has in the clip, what did you expected? I used a lot of rockets, the ulti, the magic shield on pudge, and the black oil twice.

About the close range, if they come to me, why should i go far to aim rockets?
