  • hey - does this really hurt the wrists initially, if so what suplementary exercises should one do?

  • @GeorgeHowell no they shouldn't hurt, you just need enough strength to support your body weight, so if you can't do one then lots of grip and forearm work

  • Neat variation. I imagine you need the rings to do it? Nice Job.

  • You can do them on anything with a handle.

  • @YunTraining Interesting. How do the false grip pulls compare to the regular gip pulls - are they harder, easier, or just different?

  • @rmsolympic1 they are harder in that you have to use your forearms to hold in position. i don't do them as often as I should, but they are a great exercise
