Really nice animation! like the first couple grins on the penguin's face, good character work, and the shot of the big penguin looking down at the tiny fish explains it all.

Maybe could've dropped a little fish again at the end to fool the viewer (big one was expected), penguin frustrated kicks the well, looks up, dread!, shark straight down, gulp, sharky gets up, see/eats the little fish (ooh a bonus!), looks around, wonders how he got there, shrugs oh well, jumps into the well...end.
