Yes it does.

This is the best looking replica of Buzz Lightyear yet, it has almost every feature except the karata chop feature. Also, you have to pull his helmet up yourself, you don't press a button to open his helmet.

The "Advanced" cheaper Buzz Lightyear does have "all" the features of the Movie Buzz, except glow in the dark, but it doesn't look as high detailed as the original version. It still looks good though!
