the double dots on the fretboard indicate the 12th fret. it's 7 frets down from that, so the capo is on the 5th.

Thank you sir!! I can't thank you enough!! I've been studying your lesson 19 hours after you posted it, and have since been doing well. Got together with friends who have some living memories of our days with Tull. The last we saw of them was at the Boston Garden in February 1977. Songs from the Wood was just releasted.
