Very nice. I've worked out a fingerpicking version of this because i'm pick challenged. Do a search of Paul Pekkanen. Please tell me what you think of my arrangement.
Ooops - accidentally posted before I could state the request for a similar tutorial of Dun the quality of your playing is the best out there for learning Tull acoustic songs! Thank you!
Excellent tutorial, thanks, one of my favorite Ian Anderson tunes...I think it is pretty accurate for the most part & it was very helpful. Best wishes!
Great tutorial! You must have taught befoer if not your a natural. I learned this song in a couple of hours and and I cant belive how good I sound. Thanks and if your taking requests Id love to learn "Skating Away ...
Sweet ! You sold me on the Seagull as well, looks like the perfect guitar for my 8 yr. old daughter, she's been playing the ukulele, and now wants to make the jump to guitar, again the "Grand" appears to be a match made in heaven for her small frame & hands ...
Thank you sir!! I can't thank you enough!! I've been studying your lesson 19 hours after you posted it, and have since been doing well. Got together with friends who have some living memories of our days with Tull. The last we saw of them was at the Boston Garden in February 1977. Songs from the Wood was just releasted. Best Regards, Kevin

come on man! you don't even say what fret the capo is on!

@ratchet1021
the double dots on the fretboard indicate the 12th fret. it's 7 frets down from that, so the capo is on the 5th.

what kind of guitar are you playing?
MrBoombalitsy 1 year ago
@MrBoombalitsy I'm playing on a Seagull Grand cedar. It's a beautiful sounding and playing little instrument.
I believe it's now called the "coastline grand".
