The video shows a bromine spill in a russian train station. Its not very toxic but it does smell horrible. Its a little less dangerous than chlorine vapor but if your exposed to it in high levels like this video it can be very dangerous. Bromine is used to make flame retardant things like plastic bottles and computer screens.
