The way this girl teased her hair is far from scene. And wht i think yooh shuld do is straighten ur hair first. But the trick to getting the perfect scene hair is having straight, layered hair. Lyk me =) l0l. So if ur hair is already very layer-y, all yooh have to do is straighten it and tease it. (tease it bigger than this girl did tho)

If I may add a tip: If you've coloured your hair, your hair may get damaged a bit so when you shower first, dry your hair a bit or as best as you can with a towel, comb it and then dry it with a hair dryer with your head upside down....

It gets fluffy! And you can handle the volume easily. No need to tease it anymore either. If you want to straighten it, you do so too.
