Whao, it took a while for me to figure out what this song means, but when I did, it is a brilliant song!!! Ice cream is this sweet, but sticky thing that sticks on your clothes, and having too much of it makes you ill. Dirty ice cream means something that tastes kind of sweet, but is still nasty . It also clings to you and hard to get rid of, and it's not good for you at all. This song is refering to a guy who seems nice and sweet, but is kinda stalker-ish and won't stop calling her. I <3 gaga
