  • dude what are your settings for your amp?

  • @TommyBlazeHD ? Wats a les Paul sg

  • @stinngs120 Les Paul SG's were actually only made in 1961, maybe 62' but I'd have to look. And they were the "first" guitar with an SG shaped body. Les Paul made it in his name but didn't like it so they changed the name. As seen on the Truss Rod Cover of them. But that's a Les Paul SG.

  • this is nice!! :D

  • Sounds great, are you using guitar rig?

  • @rossman972 Nope, no software can beat an actual amp. (bottom left)

  • @rossman972 Looks like the one Angus uses: Les Paul SG...

  • I can't hear any problem about the sync :D perfect cover :D

  • awesome cover man !!!!!!!!!!!!!!could you do a tutorial'??? or tab for the solos

  • This is Fucking awesome

  • AWESOME..... GREAT JOB DUDE!!!! YOu Rock B-) Wonderful guitar! There´s nothin ´bout a Gibson SG. Keep on Rocking......

  • Sounds great. That tone is right on!

  • sync audio and video...but awesome cover, you've played it great! :)

  • @mightynorman Thanks... As I said... Youtube screws up my videos after converting them. I can't do anything about it.

  • Playback :| dont hit the cords...

  • @TheStefansmecher Um, what?

  • @666ACDCROCKNROLL666 I think what he means is in the intro, don't just hit the single last chord. Hit every one angus does.

    Very good cover though :-)

  • @TheStefansmecher If you have a little sense in your ears you can clearly hear him playing instead of the original track. Sounds good though, but different. ;)

  • @TheStefansmecher Are you serious? He's completely playing it, and he does it very good.

  • @TheStefansmecher xD kik okayback would sound lot better and for your information hes playing it very lightness naturaly it looks like when you play guitar it makes your hands bleed,..

  • The Vet and the N00b approve.

  • you need a liitle bit sync video/audio but awesome cover!

  • @PaulosHalaris Must be Youtube F'ing my videos up cause their all record in 1080p SEPARATE to the audio which I later sync perfectly. But anyway thank you.

  • So how'd you get the the lightning bolts in there ? I always wanted to get that.

  • what amp settings?

  • cool

  • Comment removed

  • @buhramyou HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, HELL NO. Do some homework bud.

  • @666ACDCROCKNROLL666 ELABORATE YOUR QUOTE PLEASE

  • @buhramyou It's a Gibson, all there is too it... and don't delete your comments.

  • @666ACDCROCKNROLL666 forgive me MASTER (>'.')>

  • Nice work! It takes a lot of practice to get good and play guitar properly and as AC/DC say IT'S A LONG WAY TO THE TOP IF YOU WANNA ROCK 'N' ROLL!!!!! And also for those about to rock we salute you :)

  • What type of sg do you have? Is it a standard or special? I'm thinking of getting one and doing what you did. the inlays and the pickups.

  • @chriskeefe1987 It is a Special. But that's cool. I really actually only bought the Special BECAUSE of the fact it would be easier to modify and I HATE the look of the Standard.

  • NICE JOB MAN

    ALAIN

  • Spot on

  • Great Guitar Playing, Man! You got skills! Peace, Flood!

  • @dimawins99 You, my friend, have ear aids. This guy is fucking awesome. Period.

  • What is your amp?

  • what amp, guitar and pedals have you used?

  • Comment removed

  • PLAYBACK??

  • Excellent!

  • Nice job dude.

  • great job. check out mine. it's freakin epic =P

  • ACDC

  • amazing cover!! I play guitar myself just learning this song at the moment hope to put my cover on youtube well done mate.!!

  • FANTASTIC!

  • Superb tone fella, just like the real thing. Also great attention to the real strumming patterns, that are so often ignored in other people's attempts.

  • EPIC guitar playing dude!

  • you get to have that sound with the peavey vypyr? =)

    very very cool

  • i want these custom inlays in my sg too. how much has it cost?

  • @doomerang1995 Gibson make a version with this in it

  • Rock on! Excellent job...don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

  • Angus would be proud

  • Better than Angus himself! TOP!

  • You guys are just hung up on the sound. Take it for what it is and that is friggin' awesome. His playing kicks a lot of people's asses! Tasty song! Love it!

  • i had this on in the background and forgot i was listening to a cover and not the real thing. that was by far the best cover ive ever heard great job man

  • Cool stuff, Not bad at all. The cab isn't quite right, resonance-wise, and the "chew" and bloom at the chord attacks isn't quite pronounced enough.

But I think you got closer than most. Just my 2c.

  • @Keithj1000 This was made with a $300 dollar amp, one $100 mic, and a 6 channel mixer. What do you expect?

  • @666ACDCROCKNROLL666 Well, you said: "THIS IS HOW ANGUS' GUITAR SOUNDS." so that set-up the expectation. I have no idea what gear you use, as you didn't list it in the description.

I was praising your achievement, if you read the post... You got closer than some people do with NMV Marshalls IMO. Good job.

  • @Keithj1000 I knew what you were saying. My comment wasn't spoken in an angry or aggressive tense. I've heard the raw tone of Angus' guitar amp before and this is what it sounds like BEFORE all the after modeling on mixers and such. Which was how the entire Back In Black album was made.

  • @666ACDCROCKNROLL666 OK - NP.

But by "Modelling" you mean EQ right? This was 1980.

To quoteTony Platt on the signal chain: "Amp, Mics, EQ, tape, no compression"

Apparently they used 2 different Neumann LDC's per amp with console pre's. You can do quite a lot with that particular mic combo. I would be surprised if Platt did (- needed to do) much processing after the guitars hit tape. He doesn't mention DI's or doing anything more, AFAIK. Or maybe you've read something I haven't spotted..?

  • @Keithj1000 Yes. EQ. Mixers, mics, and almost everything have an effect on the tone so it's basically impossible to make it perfect.

  • did you buy thoes fret stickers off ebay?

  • @bubbabass1 LOL, I didn't even know that comment was on here.

  • Awesome tone , and pretty awesome cover , almost spot on , I'm very impressed:)

  • hey you play a spider right

  • @vicfirth97 Spider???

  • @vicfirth97 Well it's definitely not a Line 6. I absolutely hate those amps.

  • why has America's youth become facesinating by the powers of Satan. You will suffer in hell, godhater forever

  • @JohnBoone1789 Yeah, peace and christlike love to you too, hypocrite. Maybe you'll convince people that your idea of god is the righteous one when you (and many of your cultist brethren) can control your outbursts and gloating disdain. You want people to hate and discriminate like you rather than play music? Away satan.

  • okay this is constructive criticism

you are playing the verse riff wrong, only malcolm plays that part.... angus's part is G-D-G-D-D-D-A, which is going by chords andstrums. angus doesnt to that pinky thing (I DONT KNOW WHAT ITS CALLED) but anyway nice SG, and i am just trying to help.

P.S DID YOU GET THE PLEXI CLONE???? YoU HAVE VERY GOOD TONE!!!!

  • @guitarkid222 No, I am playing it right, now please tell me a place where Angus States this.

  • @666ACDCROCKNROLL666 oh AND check out gewehr44's video called I got a Gibson SG (THANKS) he won that international competition which was organized by AC/DC. and thats where the ENTIRE BAND states this

  • @guitarkid222 And I also Isolated the guitar and can clearly hear that he is playing what I am. Yes I can do that.

  • @666ACDCROCKNROLL666 well i was just going by what justinsandercoe said, and AC/DC told him the right parts for the coontest he helped them organize THAT YOU ENTERED, BUT YOU DIDNT WATCH THE WHOLE VIDEO!!!! and i just listened to it and i hear the part i mentioned coming out of the right speaker. angus's guitar comes out of the right speaker, and malcolms comes out of the left

  • @guitarkid222 YES I DID WATCH WHOLE VIDEO!!! I know that the two guitar are opposite sides also. Didn't you understand? I ISOLATED THE GUITAR FROM EVERYTHING ELSE. JUST ANGUS!!! None of the members ever write their own tabs OR tell the right parts to a song. Their is no proof that Angus said that was right and I watched the other video too. WHAT ENTIRE BAND?! It's the Gewerh44 guy talking about his guitar not the band. and AC/DC PRODUCERS organized the conest, not AC/DC themselves.

  • @666ACDCROCKNROLL666 i am sure that there produces watched them play it, and im shure some of them play themselves considering guitar is the most popular instrument in the world. ArGHHH if only i knew angus young!!!! by the way what kind of plexi clone are you getting???

  • @guitarkid222 Bugera 1960, it's like a 1959slp basically, maybe for Christmas I can get it by.

  • @666ACDCROCKNROLL666 what kind of cabinent are you getting???? i might buy that thing!!!

  • @666ACDCROCKNROLL666 i went to musicians friend and found that amp head and a bugera 4x12 cabinent, and those together are 700 dollars. for your parents it will be just like buying an SG again!!!! thats better than like $3,000, and if i remember right solodallas had a video that said that angled cabinents were better than straight cabinents. do you remember the reason why???

  • you could switch this song out with the original and wouldn't hear any difference.. awesome. good job!

  • Hi Man, this is an excellent cover, tone and play are great

    keep on rockin !!!!

  • Awesome!

  • Yeahhh... you rock!!

  • @909Licks lol, My two newest ones are my best yet. and I'll learn the rest of If You Want Blood.

  • your tone is amazing, i dont think im ever going to get a sick tone like that out of amplitube hahah

  • pure guitar skill! \m/

  • love the sound of that angus young sig. but the fact that's it's a sg special turns me off i can't stand the necks on those things they're like baseball bats

  • @Alor78 This neck really isn't that fat compared to the 56' reissue Les Paul that I played once, otherwise it's pretty much normal.

  • @666ACDCROCKNROLL666 well it shouldn't be cause the 50's les paul's have big necks you should play the new angus young sig. or a vintage SG like a have there's a huge difference

  • great cover

  • Love AC/DC!!! Excellent...you've got it down.........PERFECT note for note!!!

  • great cover, keep the good playing
