A Foreclosure buyer in Texas said this is just the tip of the iceberg. Too many without Integrity sold homes to unqualified buyers. And then the loans are resold and resold. Until Derivatives are done away with, it will not stop. Some articles say this started in the Carter Administration.

Well your video needs to be updates. The numbers have more than quadrupled since you made this. Now even areas like Scottsdale, Cave Creek and other upper middle class neighborhoods are being lost to foreclosure. In our area alone 1 out of 3 homes are in foreclosure! We too are among those losing our homes. Obama's plan at modification is a joke. Neither Project Hope or HUD have helped. Now our own Senator Kyle is the head guy trying to stop a change to the bankruptcy laws, our ONLY hope.
