I have been issued a summons by the officer for a violation which I did, and he explained what my options were and how to deal with the summons. Actually it happened to me. I have tried filing complaints only to have more injury. The one bitch of a cop even threatened to call "code violations" and have my disabled aunt thrown on the street. I even asked him to be civil and would he really do that He said he would. I have also been through so much other shit where others did the same thing as me but just got a fine. I got a gun to my head and was publicly humiliated. If I ever did meet a decent cop I would die of shock.

No I have "experienced" police several times in the past and they conducted themselves with the highest professional behavior each time. I have been issued a summons by the officer for a violation which I did, and he explained what my options were and how to deal with the summons. Maybe your attitude towards the officer has a lot to do with it

Actually it happened to me. I have tried filing complaints only to have more injury. The one bitch of a cop even threatened to call "code violations" and have my disabled aunt thrown on the street. I even asked him to be civil and would he really do that He said he would. I have also been through so much other shit where others did the same thing as me but just got a fine. I got a gun to my head and was publicly humiliated. If I ever did meet a decent cop I would die of shock.

I always address them as "Officer." then I ask for their name(i.e. Officer Smith) but I refuse to be disrespected and abused then all my respect goes out the window. The police do commit more crimes than the general public cause they can get away with it. I just cant imagine all the unreported harassment, disorderly conducts, assaults, and other bull shit go unreported in the police station when cops get at someone. But you pussy cops get all butt hurt when someone flips you off even though its not illegal and is covered under the 1st amendment.
