is that a metal figure? if its not could you do a tutorial on how to paint maetal figures cause i have a metal space marine chaplain and i want to paint it and have it look good and not like shit so could you please do a tutorial

I paint both but I have more experience with Fantasy, I am doing a Space Marine Librarian right no that I will post on the weekend.
It is possible to use craft paints, that's what I used when I started but have since moved to GW paints, I thing the GW paint are a higher quality and give a better finished look, but Craft paint is a good place to start as they are really inexpensive, I don't actually play either game, I just enjoy painting the figs
