It is four years since her untimely passing. This wonderful medely shows us how much we lost. Thanks to asyukee for posting this and to John Wilson for his support of her when she was with us. I loved everything she did but think that if we must argue for her vocal ability the version of Nessun Dorma here proves her artistry. There are many famous opera singers both male and, a few, female who have recorded that aria. No one surpasses the beauty and feeling of Minako's rendering. Greg Gibbs
I, as an American, was visiting Tokyo as a crew member for Northwest Airlines. I was given a front row ticket to see Miss Saigon. Maybe the year was 1995. I fell in love with her voice and charm. She will be missed by me. What a special woman. A strong woman.
I became a fan by renting her DSPA video in Kyoto but the first C.D. I bought was Overseas album. It confirmed me as a life-long fan. Thank you for helping her when she was here with us. She seemed to be beautiful at every level of her humanity. I have never seen another woman combine sensuality and real sweetness the way she did. Her untimely passing must be a terrible loss to you. この時の題名のない音楽会はリアルタイムで見ていましたが、本当に感動しました。現場できいていた人にとっては忘れられない宝物でしょうね。それは自然発生的に起こったあの心からの拍手でよくわかります。48人集まっても一切ハーモニーもできないあの素人集団には絶対にできないでしょうね。

I produced Minako's Oversea album.. I wrote Heartbreak and Sneakaway for her.. I miss her. She was a beautiful woman. She was like a sister to me.
