  • @shuddupeyaface I really doubt it- sadly, it's all too corporate now...

  • Ok

  • Will we ever see anything like this again?

  • never noticed till now that the airplane on the cover of the blind faith album is on Winwood's keyboard

  • i was there up near the stage

    but can i see me?

could i even recognise me if i did?

    so many days

    great gig though!!!

    great gig though!!!!!

  • This was the best song of the concert. As much as I love Blind Faith, the concert as a whole was weak. It was so bad in EC's mind, that I think he made up his mind then that it wouldn't last.

  • @sugapablo Obviously I wasn't there :) but Clapton has said that they were pushed to major tour before they were properly gelled. Stevie Winwood felt that Ginger Baker wanted to pull the band into direction where Cream left off while Winwood and Clapton intended the band to be a vehicle for new ideas and different style.

  • Nice! Sweet.... Thanks for this!

  • @datarecoil Yeah this was hardly Blind Faith at there best. It almost sounds like they where tired or something. Personally I think Sea of joy and was the best thing they did at this concert. Under my thumb was kind of cool too.

  • This is just beautiful, on-the-spot perfection

  • Steve Winwood is the voice of God.

  • LOVE it as always

  • black dude was epic!

  • @000clint yeah, lol, he was also filmed at a few other major concerts, I think: Isle of Wight, Monterey Pop, and I think even Woodstock... check into it!

  • Telecaster 'woman tone.' sexy.

  • I like this version much better than the "poundy" version that reached the album, or maybe it's just more likeable in retrospect.

  • 5:53, Ginger drops his stick! Good recovery though! LOL

    LOVE this song!

  • no wonder they only did one live concert, they needed all the studio help they could get haha j/k

  • saw a few of the recent msg shows, believe the hype people

  • what's up with EC's frets are they scalloped or something?

  • it's just worn wood. Old, worn and damn good wood.

  • @Fredrockroll He must've liked that old neck so much he bolted it on his new Tele

  • i belive so. Specially because it's a stratocaster neck.

  • there are too many words to describe how good this is !!

  • @gking407

    so well said brother.....exactly!

  • one of the best tunes I have ever heard in my life

  • Sweet tune. Clapton's got that woman tone just singing.

  • Great clear visual video--thanks for sharing. I'll have to get this dvd too.

  • I found the dvd of this concert on ebay..its good but wish it showed Clapton more :-) 5*

  • @claptongroupie

yeah... the singer was the most important person of a band then, all the others did not get that much attention. Nobody knew how famous Clapton would get later!

  • @RedKhandro are you kidding me? clapton was already a super star when Blind Faith was around because they formed right after Cream split. everyone was quite aware of who he was and how talented he is. get your facts straight.

  • @RedKhandro

They all knew - they were writing Clapton is God on the walls during the Bluesbreaker era, even before Cream. Clapton was the biggest star in London other than the 4 from Liverpool

  • @claptongroupie clapton is waaay over-rated. winwood made this group!
