I kind of hated it, when they started filming in front of a studio audience. Whenever the Fonz, or any popular character walked in a door, there would be endless studio applause. That part got old. I think the first season, with the original theme music ("Rock Around the Clock") was better.
I love Happy Days. and everyone on the show...but sometimes Richie Reminds me of Lamont Sanford both tend to butt into other peoples business to much...I mean it's one thing to be concerned of friends and family but they tend to keep harpying on the matter. untill you get sick of it. I mean good or bad everyone is different. no need to shove your views on other people.

As a child I would watch it all the time. it was so cool. Now it seems corny and lame. Watch The "Fonz" jump over a shark tank. It is the joke of hollywood look it up.
Interesting to note how different the Cunningham set was in the first two seasons compared with the later seasons. The front door is in the opposite corner and the sofa is in a different position as well.
That song means so much to me, especially the past four years. This song brings back memories when Peter Joyce and Lady Diana and I had some fun back in the early eighties.
I have a lot to say about this for the television et movie et music et literary industry.

This show was cast so perfectly. Every character was played so good. There was deffinatly chemistry between all of them. I think Henry Wikler and ron Howard had several great scenes together. I keep hearing rumers of a reunion movie. Its been about 25 yrs since it went off the air. I think it was 1961 when it ended so what would the Fonz be doing in 1986-87?
When the show ended in 1984, there were numerous references that in "Happy Days time" it was 1965. What are they doing now? Ron Howard and Henry Winkler got into costume for a clip on FunnyOrDieDOTcom. If you go there, type in Ron Howard to find the Obama clip where they revisit Happy Days! ... I think Fonzie in 1987 would be still wearing the leather - a little grayer - and probably saying at least once, "Reagan is cool! Whoa..."
Suzy the show ended in the middle 80s. I was talking about what year it was on the show. I think it was 1957 when it first started. I remember one of the early episodes when Richie campainged for the Stevens, who was running against Ike. Remember Fonzies speach? "AAAAAYYYYYY I like Ike, My bike likes Ike AAAAYYYYY!!!!!!!!"...PEACE
The first 3 seasons are on DVD Mackenzie! And, if you go on Amazon, you can get the first 2 seasons for 16 bucks each! This episode is from season 2 by the way. Happy shoppin'.
I love watching all the reruns of Happy Days. I am 20, I was born in 87. I starting watching it one night, and I loved it. Fonize is my favourite character.

This is a FUNNY episode. I hate seeing the Fonz humiliated, though. Where's the part when she laughs like a seal?
