Also would be great if Doug can fish wire thru wall from ceiling to speaker if he can give it a try.

Good approach. Do we need rackmount cabinet or just a set of shelves for audio equip? I have decent source for rack cabinet but will run $400+ with door and lock. 14" deep will be challenge to find. We may need to custom build.
