remember in the 2nd book there was a woman with a pig(that woman is the maenid) and there was a woman in the show with a pig... id bet my right teste that is the maenid as well. and if you remember this also explains something about Sam... not why he was stacking cash, but he WAS sleeping with it in the book, so obviously the maenid or whatever it is in the show had DEFINATELY got something to do with sams eerie behavior
