What... that is just one week!? wow! Well I just started using it... I was slackin for a few months, n I'm on day 2... it's definitely a good work out... I felt sore like when I'd spend 1-2 hours at the gym. It can definitely make a great difference if u really get into it and don't take breaks.... cuz it looks easy but isn't if you've been slackin for a few months like I was! Can you tell me what the workout actually is ive seen a lot of result videos but not of the actual workout. I am at the stage where im trying to lose the last 10 pounds but there not coming off. My stomach and sides look like day 1 but plus five pounds. I would really aprceiate a responce vefore the new years or christmas eve please help
@Gr49EG This would be good for you if your looking for a "last ten pounds" workout. This video has 3-2-1 interval system which means maximum calorie burn. Spot reduction does not work, and she mentions this in the video. Cardio, strength, and abs are everything that you can expect in this video. Its 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. Its only 30 minutes, so you can work it in to your daily scheduled. This would be a great workout video for you. Hope this helped :D

@cdnheyworth There is nothing wrong with working out even if you have a small frame. Skinny people don't need to sit around on the couch eating potato chips...
You just had a baby and no stretch marks, lucky you! You look good now. Can't wait to see your results. I did the 30 day shred for almost 2 weeks but couldn't anymore because I hurt my knee... a little high impact for me. How's that going for you? Let us know if you've had any problems like that too. Maybe I'll try it again.
