@StankoBeast have an exhaust shop cut your mufflers out and take it for a quick cruise.. that right there will tell you if you like electric cut outs.. some vehicles straight piped sound unbelievably bad so i'd check it out first if i were you

@jackhorse149 the only exhausts i've personally heard with these trucks was the cherrybomb i did and the magnaflow.. i think the magnaflow is quieter inside the cab and still sounds just as good as the cherybomb.. personally i'd go with magnaflow bullets if i were you

im right there with ya bro ive got aeroturbines true dual twin at3030s and i pulled up next to some old country boys in their chevys and old 360 (5.9) dodges who were revvin em up soundin shitty i just pulled in and let my truck do the talkin and they instead of hating like i figured they would they all asked what i had and i told em and now hopefully they all dont go throwin aeroturbine exhausts on their trucks

Exactly.Alot of people don't know that the vortex muffler has a more muscle car sound.Plus, the flow through the vortex muffler is better than the competition.I tried the magnaflow that equaled the same size,but it didn't have the same sound.Then when I tried the vortex, "WOW"

this dodge is 4x4 so yeah not sure what else to say about that lol. you're getting the wrong idea here i love old trucks i have a 69 f100 with a 302 in her 4 on the floor and i'll never sell her that truck is my pride and joy... old power rams are nice too a decent lift and some 35'' tires and you have a solid truck for sure

@superjuggie14 for you information to that 90 gmc sierra has 275,000 miles on it with about 10 pulls 3 of which were against lightning's NONE ever came within 3 car lengths.the only car that actually gave me a great run was a bored and stroked 406 regal.my sierra making about 375 with about 450 ftlbs.anyone who knows about motors knows that a 383 base that is bored and stroked to a 406 plus the other shit this guy had on it should and would kill any truck.

i just put this on my 06 hemi it doesnt sound that great until its driving then its fuckin mean. chances are this is newer in the vid and the fiberglass hasnt burned out of the muffler yet so cherry bomb only gets louder

it's on the first page of the dodge ram acessories book...if not just ask a dealer. idk this magnaflow is treating me really good no problems and gives the ram a much deserved rumble but i have intake with that so it sounds better. ask a well experienced muffler shop they have all the info you need

Ah man you should have kept the vortex's ive had my true duals for 2 years now and i love them, no problems. Also i noticed that they changed the taillight covers back to smooth like the 06's, i liked the 07's better. Nice truck tho

i like them smooth it's a cleaner look. but i couldn't keep the vortex everytime i accelerated or revved the engine all i could hear was this loud whistle and it got fucking annoying the guy at the muffler shop gave me another magnaflow and put it on for free said he was going to stop dealing with cherry bomb

no clue never had a chance to test it out before the snow melted. took it to a river and it water over the wheels though and it handled like a champ. then left the river and went up a shitty trail with hardcore ruts and dips... but truck handled fine and had power throughout the whole trail to the top.
