The one at :25 is either from a trailer that was released for the Wonderland DVD, or from the home video that was on the Ballad of Paul K single. I can't remember. At 1:00, if you mean the half-naked Doug it's from the Pinball Wizard music video and I believe anything with Tom half-naked would be from the DVD.
