I love this song, in a way it reveals what i feel inside, I guess... anyway, I just love it, I have their album a friend gave me after the "stop and Stare" was released and I must admit I was surprised.. It's a very good album.maybe now having more success they'll come to perform in Portugal

i think the meaning is about a relationship that went bad & the girl went looking for another relationship when the current was beginning to get bad rather than try to work it out. apparently she's the only one who is dawning on the relationship and hurt by the break up while the guy ("all i need is the air i breathe & a place to rest my head") has moved on. "well bless my soul, you're a lonely soul cause u wont let go of anything u hold". not sure if thats right but that's how i interpreted it.
