When they added Sheva to the game, I knew the final battle wasn't gonna be epic, it needed Jill.

I agree. I think Capcom could have done SO much more with RE5 then what the final product is now. Although it is still a good game and is worth buying and playing for a long time to come. With Jill they could have had her try to fight Wesker, like shooting from the helicopter at the end, because, Jill helped Chris try to kill Wesker years before RE5, as seen and explained in a cut scene. Overall Re5 was an enjoyable experience.

I read that some of the developers of RE5 worked on Resident Evil Remake on Gamecube. Knowing this, I have to ask why didn't they add the horror element to RE5? Is Capcom bored of the horror genre all-together so they decided to make just action shoot em' up games? RE5 was fun but it didn't feel like a Resident Evil game and neither did RE4. The only feeling I had of Resident Evil were the boss fights and the characters: Chris, Jill, Spencer (few cut scenes) and Wesker. Good game but not horror.

I saw a trailer that Capcom is making a remake of RE2 **BUT** it looks a lot like RE: Umbrella Chronicles for the Wii. The arcade style shooting. Although I am not sure if it is actually going to be an arcade rail shooter style or if the controls just look that way but you can move Leon wherever you want.

We have to wait and see won't we?

Now if they remade RE0 or RE3 with the over the shoulder controls and much better graphics that we have today..now that would be a good survival horror game
