For the shifting guitar on the intro, listen to the 4th chord of the progression Matt's playing, the shift is not in the same order. I suggest you make a new track just for that cord ;-).

And don't forget to add delay and reverb to the piano, it sounds like it's right next to me while it should be more distant.
