lol. True, but I meant the 1st and 2nd tenors. All I hear are bassists and baritones. Occasionally, the tenors squeak in the background, but that's about it.

but you got to take into account that with recording, lower frequencies (lower voices) are picked up easier than higher ones

Our choir went to a festival and we only had 2 basses and 3 or 4 tenors.

I hate it when people laugh during a performance cause I'm there to hear them sing. But in this performance, even the performers are messing around. Some incredible performances are ruined cause someone decided to speak out of line. But that's just how I feel. I can't change the world to fit my liking.

even though the top voice is lost the point of an choir is to have harmony to a song and most songs want everything to sound even and not drowned out.
