  • @Crazyfunk1 your absolutely right nobody can gain 41lbs of muscle in 6 months natural. if you can gain 40-45 lbs of muscle in 6 years thats pretty damn good.

  • @jamesbond415 40lbs of muscle in 6months is quite impressive, but i wouldn't say its impossible. I got 18kgs (39.7lbs) of muscle in 9months. I had a pretty intense workout schedule, but i could have focused a bit harder on my diet. The process of gaining muscle breaks down roughly in the following way: 35% = workout ; 50% = diet ; 15% = rest. You need to eat the right stuff with the correct time interval. A lot of body builders forget to point that out.

  • @claudiojoffe dude you sound like a automessage. And Btw 18kg muscle in 6 months i barely possible with HGH and high dosages of testo. Even then it would been a acheivement. Drugfree its totaly impossible to gain "Muscle Weight" like 18 kg in 6 months.

  • I started doing the last workout a few days ago, but I had to take a brake because I over extended my arms (strightened them to far), so they hurt a lot right now lol.

  • So in all these intense vids, is there any Yoga? It's good to be strong and flexible! So I've learned with P09X. Love hitting the weights, but Yoga is icing on the cake!

  • upper body pull ups,dips,push ups tummy crunchs you be set one more thing you do push ups inners and outers and with the pull up bar just do wides and innys the innys you can do a few ways your forarms faced away or faced in takes time dont kill ur selfs folks being dedicated is all you need the will to WANT MORE PAIN RAWR!! only hurts if you are a noob after a while the pain is not bad at all have fun peace

  • @kdkfilms08 That peak on the top of your bicep comes from turning your wrist counter-clockwise. In other words, turn your pinky towards your head. I hope that made sense. Without any weight, just look at your bicep while you turn your fist towards you, and away from you to see how it responds.

    I'm on week 11 of vince's program, and have definitely made some very good improvements, especially on my shoulders and chest.

    if i had followed his diet plans more precisely would of made even better improvements!

  • Whatever you do obviously works an I love it all but can you explain your breathing technique? It pritty well goes against anything i've been taught? U would think that holding your breath on concentric would cause your blood pressure to sky rocket??

  • he`s mixing biceps work with shoulder excersices, he`s not including tryceps issolation, not even making a complete routine, is not pushing hard enough to make the muscle pump, not bad... but not good too

  • its not how muc you do its how effectively you rest after what you do.this avoids overtraining.
