An IED is like a toy to the tank. Its amazing that IEDs have killed thousands of American Soldiers in humvees, etc, but It can't do shit to an M1 Abrams tank.

So these men wouldn't be taxed, even if ALL soldiers were taxed while at war, the taxes they pay would not be enough to buy the weapons they use. WE THE PEOPLE are the suppliers, we are the main source of taxes. Not the untaxed soldiers in war..
