This is the best one in my opinion. You'd have to be an idiot to not catch the humor behind the cheesy graphics and the low quality that this video is parodying. Not only does it look like a vintage PSA, it's the funniest one in the bunch.
Now you got me a little worried, misterDNA...but hopefully the judge(s) will be as observant and bright as you, and understand the visual style and parody I was going for. Thanks for the comment! I'm glad you enjoyed the PSA.
Gizmodo will get it... Not sure if they will be the final judges, or if they will narrow it down to a set of finalists and then let people vote (or rig the vote).
Sure, the "learned watching you" spoof is not original to this entry, the execution of it is very creative & original. Rather than have the "drug" be replaced with a gadget, the gadget becomes the accused individual, creating a more unique exchange between the two. Giving odd symptoms that a computer might get doing "bad things" is much more funny than just saying "you can't use these gadgets!"

Yeah, I didn't realize it would be so popular. When I started making it, there were only 3 entries and none were using that reference. But alas, it took some time to edit and create the VHS effects, so by the time I uploaded it, there were other "learned from you" entries. Oh well, such is life. And it is a classic PSA.

Nice, I almost worry a lot of the production values will be lost on a some viewers, and the cheesiness will be taken as unintentional.
