  • deutsch ist schwere sprache!

  • @thetheiz7

    Deutsch ist !EINE! schwere Sprache

  • Deutsch ist schwer!

Ich weiß es und ich komme aus Deutschland :P

  • Me gusta pero no hablo ingles jejeje.

  • diese sprache ist schön und ich bin auch schön!

  • @DONTBELAZYCHECKALL Möglichkeit b ist sogar noch viel schlechter als die, die er verwendet hat!! zuerst mal wirklich Deutsch lernen und dann andere kritisieren!

  • It's very nice :)

  • In. 3.24 you taught me what I've been trying to learn for the last year danke!

  • Ur awsome

  • Thankyou, my teacher was trying to explain this to me and i didn't get it came on here few hours later i got it lol

  • Thank you. You are the man. I am in Germany dying trying to understand this shit. Germans can't explain their grammar. They just say they know the language so they no longer know the underlying mechanics of how it works. ;-/ You helped a lot!

  • @midarkmind The same is true in English. The average native speaker can't explain why we use one thing in one place and another thing in another place. Of course, conjugating haben is very easy. sein, not so much (especially when you get into moods other than the indicative).

  • Wenn du das lesen kannst ist dein Deutsch schon ziemlich gut ;)

  • did u know that german and english can be very similar?? check my 5 th lesson on my channel to find out!

  • Frau, really....we watched this like 40 times and most of us can quote the whole thing.... move on!

  • Hi! Can you tell me few sentences with perfect(sein/haben) +particip II. e.g.ich habe Fusbal gespielt or ich habe schon gesungen......

  • Honestly Frau we don't want to see this anymore. it gets old after the 8th time. please move on, holy shit

  • Hey!^^ Ihr Englisch ist verdammt gut. Ich wünschte, meine Lehrer hätten so Englisch sprechen können, wie Sie Deutsch. =)

  • wow es habe ein nicht wie

  • respect for learn to speak german that way teacher!!!

  • Oooooo interesting video

  • He should train his H :P

  • @FunkySkunk90

What about his "H"? His pronunciation is perfectly fine.

  • @Mehlwurm18

Not to me (an evil German) ;)

  • @FunkySkunk90

And people wonder why there are certain stereotypes of germans ... =P

  • @Mehlwurm18

I just said that Germans use to pronounce the H different. ;P

It's also pretty hard for us to pronounce the H like Americans do.

  • Perfect video for beginners! DANKE!

  • Reminds me of big bang theory.

  • Danke :)

  • very helpful :]

  • der erste amerikaner, der "ch" richtig aussprechen kann! :)

  • eigentlich spricht man ich immer ich aus und nicht ik aber egal

    I'm German :)

  • Ihr habt ja schöne Vorstellungen was wir zu haben haben

  • He's quite a good teacher! You should listen to him! Greetings from Germany ;-)

  • @reklamedamereloaded Ja, das dacht ich mir auch :)

  • Thank you!

  • quite funny to watch as a german ^^

  • @Roanoked just like 'learn english' videos might be funny to an english speaker.

  • he is maybe better than a few guys in germany.

Some guys speak soooo bad :-D

  • To all the haters on this post, this is an American who learned another language. I think that deserves some props. I'm american and I'm still learning engrish.

  • "sein" gehört zu "bin" und "ist" und "sind" und "seid" un "sind"? wußt ich gar nicht ganz ehrlich, auch wenn deutsch meine muttersprache ist =D

  • "Guten Tag alle, Herr John Doe hier. Heute wollte ich mit euch sprechen über zwei sehr wichtige Verben auf deutsch."

Da diese Verben ja offensichtlich wichtiger sind als korrekte Grammatik (-:

    Anyway if you are a professional then you should seriously consider spending more time in Germany. Your German grammar is all F.U.B.A.R. (-;

    AAAND NOOW EVERYBODY: "

    Du hasst..."

    "Du hasst mich"

    "Du hast mich gefragt"

"Du hast mich gefragt und ich hab Pudding gesagt" (-:

  • @Supenmanu

    Anyway..

"Du hasst" means " you hate"

    "Du hast" means "you have"

  • I like this teacher. Okay, he has an american accent, but I guess most of our English teachers have also a little German accent ;D

  • very creative smart[ teacher

  • hahahahah

"I've also heard >i< which is in Austria for ich" ;D

    well, thats true (;

  • @MagnifiqueInside also in bavaria ;-)

  • Very good explanation!

  • blitztag1 teaches blitzgerman!

    xD

    hopefully you progress in blitzgeschwindigkeit

  • "Heute wollte ich mit euch sprechen über zwei wichtige Verben auf Deutsch." Nice, because it's wrong. XD

This is how it's done: "Heute wollte ich mit euch über zwei wichtige Verben auf Deutsch sprechen."

In German, if you have a verb with two parts ("sprechen mit" in this case), the first part has to be palced after the noun (here, it's "ich") and the other part at the very end of the sentence. :P

  • @kennikitty That's correct ;-)

  • I wonder why he doesn't refer to Shakespearian English to explain the conjugational system. (I am, thou art, he is... I have, thou hast, he hath, we have...) although the verbs do not change in the plural form, there are distinct singular forms.

  • Sein to be, ich bin, du bist, er ist, sie ist, es ist, wir sind, ihr seid, Sie sind, sie sind, to be! :D

Haben to have, Ich habe, Du hast, er hat, sie hat, es hat, wir haben, ihr habt, sie haben, Sie haben, to have! :D Das is gut. Danke!

  • @rwe96 Actually, German is not a Latin language. It's a west Germanic language like Dutch or English.

  • @rosereddoll Right you are, especially because there is no such thing as "Latin languages" besides Latin, of course. There are, however, ROMAN languages.

  • @Baccalaureus79: Nope, the correct term is Romance languages.

  • hahaha

    you speak english flawless

    congratulations!and thanks for this class

  • @Astaire91 es ist auch interessant um zu sehen die Ähnlichkeiten!! (is it well written? i made it myself!:D

  • @sebas11tian

    Its right like that:

Es ist auch interessant die Ähnlichkeiten zu sehen.

  • @Rockrogash oh thank U hahaha :D =P well now i know something else!!!

  • @sebas11tian

    np ;)

  • hey so isses einfacher englisch zu lernen :D

  • Gutes Video mit anständigen Erklärungen. Well done. :)

  • gracias! I speak spanish as a native language and here we also have that kind of conjugation for verbs (diferent sufix dependint on the person, keeping the root of the verb) so as for present tense, German language so far is quite easy... hope I say the same when I start conjugating in past tense, conjuntive II, etc. etc. thanks for this video! :-)

  • @japonfeudal como sea deberias ver estos videos: DeutschOnlineLernen

sie sind interessant!! und nützlich (lo hice yo mismo)

  • AUf wiedersehen Deutschland ¡¡¡ ( Diego y la pulga Messi)

  • deutsche sprache schwere sprache, würd ich ma behaupten.

  • @Astaire91 ja, dieses gefühl ist für uns neu! für die amerikaner nicht

  • why do they have too much conjugates....... :(

  • @jillliam0910 because otherwise it would be to easy for you guys to learn, but don't worry, i am a native speaker from austria and don't fully understand the language :D

  • @labello1988

no one will never know completely their hole languages, i am an spanish native speaker and sometimes it is hard to understand what people(who writes and talks in a right way) says and writes

  • @labello1988 okk.... that's was not a relief on my side since i really want to learn German language

  • DANKE!! I have had so much trouble with "ihr" dunno why, but when you said "ya'll" the lightbulb turned on.... Vielen Danke

  • @nickbmg i like it " ya'll " héhéhé :-)

  • jaa ziehmlich lustig zum anschauen xD Man vergisst auch immer wieder wie schwer die eigene Sprache doch zu lernen ist ^_^ Ich hab auch schon viel schlimmeres gehört. Der da ist echt gut.

  • Was sagt er am Anfang? "Guten Tag alle, wer alles hier."?

  • ist echt lustig xD

  • He's a very good teacher.

  • @septip123 He is to those that want to learn.

  • @Astaire91 haha. ich hab bei youtube ma eingegeben " learn german " um zu sehn wie gut deutsch lehrer in amerika deutsch sprechen. is eiiiiigentlich recht gut.

  • serh gut

  • I like this teacher

he says what he planning to do in German then back in English

  • Hochdeutsch isnt spoken at nearly any place, just arraund Hannover, Im from bavaria and i think our dialect is so strong that even other germans have problems to understand ( f.ex. I bin aus bayern und mia do herundn samma scha was ganz was bsundas) but i think this is caused by all the wars , that were fought in europe the last thousand yeares, many parts of germany were part of different nations, so it was hard to find a common language.

  • Um Hochdeutsch is spoken everywhere or at least everyone can/ should be able to speak it :) And surely it is a MUST in job/businness.

So, nope, not 'just around Hannover' ;) Youre wrong.

But Bavarian dialect is truly aweful OMG hehe. I prefer BERLINERISH ;)

  • hmm of course we know that everybody an speak Hochdeutsch but the quality isnt that good ;)

and Berlinerish... hmm its like the english that is spoken in NY ... true Gangsters you know ;)

  • is Bavarian worse than Swiss German?

  • @StefanOnTour

True! The two books that provided a common ground for a single "German language" were the Lutheran Bible & the fairytales of the brothers Grimm.

As for me, I'm "hessian"-German and would say:

Mer Hesse habbe aach a ganz lustische sprach - abbä des kammer sich ja aach scho denge wemmä des hier lese tut.

(For all the Americans: Try to translate this - If you succed you can officially call youself a Master oft the German language) ;-))

  • your german sounds so americanized ehhe.

  • @1mtk

Does he sound more difficult to understand than you do a Bavarian?

  • @1mtk i'm sure many germans' english sounds germanized.

  • @1mtk while i'm impressed with how well most germans speak english they still sound very german most of the time, I don't think accent is too important, all you're trying to do is communicate and if they get the message then you're doing well

  • Best High German is beeing spoken around Hannover.

  • which region speaks the best german?

  • @Rico8458

You won't hear "correct and clear" high-German anywhere but in media, on stages, ...

There always will be hearable where people come from (in general) and no dialect is "better" than the other.

Nevertheless the "everyday-language" of Hannover in Germany is supposed to sound the most similar to high-German.

  • I think in Hannover, because they don`t have any dialect.

  • There's no region that speaks the "best" german...

  • Ich deutsch sprechen bald kann.

  • Ich finde es ein wenig lustig und musste schon schmunzeln als ich das video gesehen hab, weil als Deutscher is das so einfach und ich bin mir oft gar nicht bewusst. is halt einfach muttersprache. Aber ich mag Leute die Sprachen lernen. Ich denke Deutsch lernen is für nicht-deutsche sehr schwer.

I had to laugh a little bit, because for me as a German person its so easy. But its my main language. But i really like people who learn languages. I'd say learning German is quite hard.

  • its hard!

  • are verbs in german similar to the ones in spanish?

    ich habe / yo tengo

    du hast/ tu tienes

    er-sie-es hat/ el-ella tiene

    wir haben/nosotros tenemos

    sie haben/ usted tiene

  • te faltó el Ihr haben/ vosotros teneis.

  • y tambien falto el Ihr haben/ustedes tienen ahhh el español jeje

  • es claro que este curso esta dirigido a los angloparlantes.. LOL

  • @Skymoonstar it is very different.

  • yes they are similar..i speak german and i learn spanish.. :)

  • uhm I'm from Germany & well your introduction is pretty okay but a German would say: Hallo, heute will ich mit euch über zwei sehr wichtige deutsche Verben sprechen.

An American can't become fluent in German! I know many who think they're fluent but German is a pretty tough language.

  • "my name is christopher vaughn what would that be in german ??????? and is vaughn even german any 1 ???????? if u now give me a reply"

  • "Mein Name ist Christopher Vaughn."

    (I'm a German!)

I've never heard this name "Vaughn". I am sorry. It might be a Netherlands name.

  • Great work!

  • can someone tell me if this is right I'm just a little confused with this where to place nicht.

Hast du den Zeit? Nein, ich habe den Zeit nicht.

is that right? or is it

Hast du den Zeit? Nein, ich habe nicht den Zeit

  • Hast du denn Zeit? Mein, ich habe keine Zeit.

  • is it keinE because Zeit is a female?

  • yes

  • Nein

  • "Hast du Zeit?" "Nein, ich habe keine Zeit."

    thats correct

  • you can troust me^^ german is my mother tounge

  • oh my god! i AM german, it's my native language (native? is that right´? :D) and if I would be english or french or something else, i would NEVER want to learn german :D

it is a very difficult! and german is a germanic language not latin :D

  • english is badly pronounced french!

  • dat helped me a lot

  • danke!

  • hahaha bwie geil es gibt deutsch unterricht hahahaha

  • I luv his american accent.

  • wow. german is difficult.

  • C'mon it's like a mesh between Spanish and English !!

  • lol, spanish is from latin and german is from latin, too, like many languages in Europe, don't forget English

  • German is not from latin! There are a lot latin words, that's right, but german belongs to the "germanic languages" like dutch, finnish, swedish or danish. french and spanish are from latin. in english there are parts from latin and parts from germanic languages. (that's what my english-teacher said to me a few years ago)

  • finnish isn't a germanic language it's a finno-ugrian language. English is still a germanic language also although his borrowing words from latin.

  • @Kaipi1990

careful! finnish has nothing to do with swedish, danish and norwegian! it belongs to the uralic languages. that's why danish, swedish and norwegian have a lot in common, while finnish is completly different.

you're right about the others though.

german and english are germanic languages while portuguese, spanish, french, italian, romanian and other romanic languages evolved from latin.

  • We say Ya'll in Wyoming also lol.

  • sir gut

  • danke

  • A clear vid

    5*

  • KEEP up the great JOB!! Thanks!!

  • Actually "Ich" is the real thing, the Ick and I pronounciations are dialect, the 1st one comes from Berlin, the 2nd is bavarian (may not be understandable for a foreigner who learned standard german)

  • I think you shouldn't teach your students that they had the option to say "ick" and "i". Both forms of "ich" are not official, you know. "Ick" is only used by some people who live in a few parts of Germany and "i" is used in a dialect (Bayern, Austria). If you really want to say "i" than you have to talk in a dialect the WHOLE time and that's another chapter. Your students shouldn't dodge the "ich" 'cause "ch" is too difficult to pronounce; they might get lazy. ;)

But you're doing a great job!

  • lol. Ik habe nen komischen akzent, ne? xD

  • Ähm, ja. ^^

  • lol ^^

  • Sorry, my last comment was directed to blitztag1, of course! Anyway, I wanted to agree with you and say a little more. ;)

    BTW: @CizzarGX

You're not German. How come your German is that good then?

  • sehr gut!!!

  • hi... i meant to say in my previous comment that you eplained it very clearly...

  • Thanks a lot for the video and make it clearly understandable.
