  • Nice exercise! You might want to look at some of our videos. We use vibration training to target Type 2A/ Type 2B muscle fibers and unweighted treadmill for safe overspeed training. This is really the only way to get the neuro adaptations we all want for our athletes and much safer than the old school tow bar on a pickup truck. GEEZ! That scares me just thinking about it!
