  • Seriously, all Native people should just unite just make LOVE....lol.

  • I LOVE BEING APSAALOOKE!!!!

  • @rezsk8kyd Jealously, Crows are known as "the beautiful people". Very well known as a good looking handsome tribe.

  • Both Crow and all Sioux are Siouian people. Similar language and customs.

  • I have cousins in black whistle ...absalooke pride!!

  • @Morningstar547 not really. The Cheyenne may have been the bitches of the Sioux but they certainly didn't out fight them during Little Big Horn. Algonquin tribes across North America have always been the scum indigenous culture. Everything sacred and holy about Native Americans stems mostly from the Sioux. The Cheyenne were merely tools used by the Sioux in their effort to defeat Custer and his forces.

  • the sioux and iroquois peoples were the best in my opinion.

  • Nice video. I know my grandpa was Crow Indian, so it's nice to understand my own heritage a little better.

  • Whoa some crazy people, (who wrote weid comments)

Any who,.. I very much liked the video. OK Loved the Video.

  • Crows are stupid and they have a buffalo horn up their butts. Of coarse I'm Cheyenne. Cheyennes did the fighting and the sioux got the credit and the crows got the land.

  • @Morningstar547 really? what you trippin balls for?

  • @rezsk8kyd Sorry bro, my white indian friend (quarter blood) got onto my youtube account. I am cheyenne though, but we fought each other back then, you know, but I have alot of crow friends, my friend got in a fight and thats why he's a white indian, each tribe had a traditional enemy and the crows were ours back then, alot of people still have those kind of feelings, but hey the last plains battles was only 110 years ago. So see ya later blue coat scout. P.S you live on the crow agency?

  • this reminds me of my grand mother she is a little light from the crow tribe looking forward to meeting my people this year at crow fair its going to be my first one

  • cant wait to come there in aug !!!! from the east coast just to support the crow indians !!

  • I hope one day I may go to one of the pow wows of the Crow. Reason is that my great grand mother was 50% Crow. I've been back to the USA for 4 times and one of my old friends in collegue asked me if my ancestors were Native Americans. She was a daugther of a Native American medicine man. Almost all my family has forgotten their ancestors me and my mom are the only ones who know and are the carriers of the tribe.

In a while I will become a storyteller for kids.

  • AT last at last I found my family after many generations!

  • Just remember, not ALL freaking whites are the same.

  • 2:45......is he the famous horse liberator!, "The Wet"!................i saw a drawing of him and he didnt have hair like other Crows. he was short and thin and looked just like this dude in the vid. thatd be cool if its really The Wet! no one ever caught him! he sneaked down creeks into Lakota camps. and that took iron nerve to risk that!

  • good to see little black eagle peoples

  • The Crow's are amazing people and have an amazing heritage. Hoka Children of the long beaked bird!

  • why dnt yu guys quit talking shit!!!! the tribes i am from r lakota and crow i am related to Plenty Coups and Sitting Bull and that is not right wht yu bitches r saying over a video i had 3 grandpas that were crow chairmans so shut the fuck up yu dumb fucks

  • 0:35

It's good to see men still wearing their hair like this.

  • I have a very small percentage of Crow Indian in me, but, I want to know more of this culture. :)

  • I like the Crow people, drove through there visiting Little Big Horn. Very lovely people, and the women werent too bad either.;)

  • These people knew how to live off the land, they deserve a ton of respect, we could learn a-lot from them.

America has never had to answer for their treatment of these natives and that is wrong.

  • Are there still Crow around?

Why do we call them Native Americans? They were here centuries before Europeans ever came? And Indians is wrong, that is Columbus being lost and thinking he was in India.

  • @mrceebees14 ........thats what i say! every tribe should use thyre Real names! a Quahadi is a Quahadi, an Oglala is an Oglala, not an "Indian"! ive been to lots of reserves! not once did a i see a temple to Vishnu! or Ganesha! so im quite sure Penticton and Lilooet, etc, are not in India!

  • dude am crow we tend to like the old ways better

  • Has the U.S. Government built a Veterans Administration Hospital (s). on reservations for Native Americans, who have honorably served in Americas Armed Forces? just asking. Veteran U.S. Army

  • THIS IS AMAZING STRONG ! uff

  • give EVERTHING back to the native americans.take back what was taken.one of the highist poverty levels is with the native peoples, they are suffering,dying.....im sick and tired to see these young gifted people being deprived of the basic needs in life.the frikkin government doesnt care or too busy worrying bout the worlds problems.they are so poor they drink lysol to get high(oglala dakota)give them beer for christs sake!!!!!you owe it to them!!

  • tribes did unite with lakota ppl at wounded knee crow ute piute goshute some apache navajo cree nez perce and shoshone my family was there my whole family

  • Thanks for the correction. I'm glad to hear that the Lakota didn't fight alone at Wounded Knee.

  • thank you for the dedication to my tribe goyakla to mera eya

  • cool song !

    very war-like sounding

    Pale Face

  • ALL TRIBES SHOULD UNITE!!!

  • If the tribes couldn't come together to support the Lakota at Wounded Knee, then nothing will bring them together in common cause.

It was one thing to not know about Wounded Knee in 1890 in a timely manner but, there should have been a universal uprising in 1973. It didn't happen

There is one ray of hope. Whites are being drawn to Native America because whites have soiled their own habitation. They hate the malignant spiritual cancer of the Jews. Such whites will be vigorous allies and friends

  • 5 stars ! for the beautifuf photos and this song.

Bonjour aux Native Americans depuis la France !

  • i'm white, and i can agree, yup we are all crazy.

  • WOW these comments are all from CRAZY PEOPLE! This is SO funny! How bout the funny white guy that says he used to me indian!!!! LMAO!!!!

  • at 2:38 that thing that baby was in, what is that called, I've seen those in many NATIVE AMERICAN pictures of women holding them, I didn't know Native Americans still made and used things like that, You guys need to think about Touring the city's that don't have indian reservations, Like my City of Jacksonville, FL, I would love to come check out a pow wow and here your NATIVE SONGS in person.

    5 STARS

  • It's a Cradleboard.

  • @Dealz1988 Papoose Pack. I had my Son in one when he was born. I got mine from Ya Te He, a Store in Yountville, California. My Son is now 36. I don't know if that Native Store is still there or not. It's got a really hard board on the back of it. Mine had detailed bead work and was made also from real hide. My Son loved it. For me, to try carry it on my back for a while, because of the hard board, it was not comfortable. But in ancient times, that is all they had.

  • @Dealz1988 papoose?

I could be wrong but i am sure that if you looked that up, it will lead you in the right direction.

  • @Dealz1988 its call ed paapoose

  • I believe i was once an Indian in a past life. I have been so drawn into it for some reason. I one day told myself i wanted to live in South Dakota. And this ambition came to me out of no where. So then one weird day, my friends ask me out of the blue if i wanted to go to Deadwood South Dakota with them. Once i got there it felt like home, it was a crazy spiritual experience. I also have a crow Indian friend, and she is actually pretty weird and crazy. ( in a good way ). Who knows.

  • I am shaman crow, we will over come

  • @naskapi1972 for sure. im not going around takin my time to dog on other ppls tribes. well, pretty much every tribe around the crow wanted to exterminate them and it was our means as a tribe of surviving. hell most natives are prolly related because of how much tribes did in takin captives from one another... but yes. i have an open mind for others

  • What right do you have to judge? were you there? did you have to make the biggest hardest decision ever? I´m convinced that all did what they thought were the best and wisest. It was a non win situation covered with lies and empty promises....I´m sorry for your unknowledge of things....

  • My mother recently was killed by her own son, my mother was expose to be a Bahai, But ever since her death, she was guiding threw this choas with Sunflower and Native Crow messages No Jesus, no nuns, no saints, but my mother native crows and tatanka, what in the heck? • Crows, Pawnes, Utes and other all allied with White man , they havent honour never. They killed to Native Culture and Life way with Whites. They sell himself Culture and lifes for money. • Hey man! I have to say this to you. If you are still going on native this and that then you need to fucking be a white man yourself!. We as NATIVES SHOULD BE ONE FORCE ONE STRONG ONE ARMY IF WE WANT TO WIN OR EVEN GET NOTICED!. You thinking like how you do how do you expect to get anywhere you are still a child at heart, grow up and realize we are ONE!... that is what PUT US IN THIS FUCKING POSITION ANYWAY IF WE UNITED INSTEAD OF WAR WE WOULD STILL HAVE OUR SACRED LAND, OUR PRIDE OUR DIGNITY!

  • Comment removed

  • @mimkebab look up pryor creek battle. crows are a mighty few. it has both the dakota and crows side of the story. crows were almost wiped off this earth. but we're still here. so. think again. crows were out numbered 25+ to one crow.

  • hell ya whats the name of the song i know its by the black whistle singers but whats its name

  • It's just a Intertribal Song

  • ohkay

  • The video and druming say much, kola. One can feel the heartbeat of the Spirit. One can see much in the eyes of the close up photos. Thank you for what you have shown.

  • Hello, my friend. I had to see the video that you recently favorited. I'm glad I listened to my instincts and followed the path here. This is a highly commendable video, beautiful photos, clear, concise, and even the drumbeat resounded in a more ancient spirit that dwells within me.

It is too bad that Europeans and American Indians could not have peacefully coexisted so long ago. Perhaps it is still not too late ... for some.

  • It is never too late, my friend, for anyone. It is like the wise man who crossed over a mountain range to reach a village. The people ask how he came over that great mountain range. He replied, "One step at a time." And so it shall be.....

  • Our peoples had so much in common once, but neither side knew it when it counted most. :((

  • apsaalooke batchaatuk sholate shosek chasatala!

  • Nice video,Beautiful People: much more superior than us whites.

Total Respect for the land and nature and natural living.

I admire and warm to The People

  • Very nice drum, I'm East-band Cherokee.
