  • what is your night time regiment for the twist out and how long does it last

  • What is your hair type.

  • Very nice. You make it look so easy, lol. By the way, what kind of camera are you using to shoot vid?

  • damnit you made all of these twists just to take it all out again?

  • @FalafellFo Lol that's why she said they don't have to be neat.. She was showing how to get a curly look. It's the same as spending time to roller set--you take the rollers out to get the great curls. But if you make neat ones you can leave them in.

  • we use all of those products in our salon...GREAT!!

  • I really really love your hair!!!!! i wish mine would grow out fast enough!

  • how do u maintain it for it to look fresh the next few days? cuz when i sleep with this kinda style my hair looks odd in the mornin', thanks!

  • Thank you so much for this tutorial. I love your style of instruction, it's very clear and easy to understand. I have question. How do you maintain that style when it's time to sleep? Do you re-twist the hair? Or, can you go to bed in a bonnet? What is your preferred method? Thanks again! Love your videos!

  • oh wow i love this look, cant wait to try this technique! thanx!

  • You are the cutest thing girly.

    This is a great tutorial.

You are clear and concise and everything shows up great.

    Thanks.

I have white hair and i'm hoping to be able to do the twists- (leaving them in for awhile hopefully)

I haven't seen any tutorials that show this. I cabn't figure out the tags or titles I guess.

  • Now how do you maintain a hair style like this to last for more than one day? Especially for permed hair.

  • wow u are super beautiful

  • very nice! do you retwist it at night or do you just pin it up and put a scarf on it???

  • you're pretty :)

  • now is this your natual hair or is it permed or is your hair just straightish?? im sorry im 14 and trying to learn hair styles btw your realy pretty with that look

  • Thanks for the video! I found the link on the Long Hair Care Forum.

I tried this style last night on a whim. It was difficult twisting at first because I had never done it before but I got the hang of it. Overall, the style came out okay. I will def try again!

  • i cant do it :(

  • @jamaicanmecrazy She's completely natural.

Beautifully done. Thank you for the instruction. :)

  • when drying your hair under the dryer what should the heat setting be, and also when i had a relaxer i would do this to my hair. All natural now & my hair is lil past my shoulder & a little more curler were its comes to my shoulder when wet. Can i blowdry my hair first then apply product so I could keep my length? Ive also have wore my hair straight & then maybe a wk later as it got naturally oily applied a water based pomade & braided my hair & it came out very pretty.

  • i'm not lesbo but i have to admit i think you're a very pretty black girl

  • 1. do you have natural hair?

    2. Do you have to do the "big chop" to natural?

    3. What do you do if you're just beginning to go natural and your roots are SUPER curly/coiled but then you ends are still permed?

    thanks for any advice...

  • this my songg rite here...btw... nice hair

  • Yours is the best tutorial I've seen so far! The zoom in you did is so helpful!

  • very very nice!!Thanks!

  • quick question...curious..are you from latin america?...i kno ur black..thats obvious...i was just wondering where ur from?

  • I love your video and have tried the style at home. I am having a couple of problems. The first is the crown of my head..IT NEVER COMES OUT RIGHT! It always looks dry and the coils are not right. Second how on eath do you sleep on it? I've tried a bonnet, do rag, satin scarf. In the morning it's always frizzy. HELP!

  • @DETROITPHOENIX1 I've done this style as well as braidouts a few times and havent had any problems. I can usually go 3-4 days w/o rebraiding/retwisting. What kind of products are you using?

  • @MsChanteJ72 I have tried a a few different things. Conditioner, kinky curly curling custard, plain old water and olive oil (best result). I just went out and bought the products she is using in this video so we will see how they come out the next time. BTw how do you sleep on your hair?

  • Hi! I love how your videos are so explanatory. The first time I seen one of your videos, I didn't know you were a natural. That been said, can you do a video on tips on transitioning from relaxed to natural. I don't know if you have ever had a relaxer but if you can suugest styles to wear before doing the "big chop". I usually wear my hair in a bun. Anything will be appreciated.

    Thanks!

  • Girl im under ther dryer as we speak... My hair is thick so I stop and start...but mines always come out pretty...

  • do u sleep on it if so how an wat to put on it an use wat kind of cap or do u twist it every nite

  • Great video! I understood what you meant as far as grabbing the hair as you pull it back and keeping your hands up high and on top. I'm going to practice rollersetting today but when I co-wash I think I'll try this method.

  • super cute style.

  • My 2 strand twists come out different everytime and I cannot get a set way to do it. It's annoying. Maybe it's just me..LOL. i guess the more i do it I can get the hang of it.

  • hi! i love this look

i just had a question does this work on like mexican hair? im sorry i sound stupid but i just wanted to know. i hate my hair its puffy and wavy so i actually like braididng it but yea.. ur hair looks really really nice

  • @fettucciniful yes! it'll be slippery, but you can set your hair the same way that an african american would. You have to make sure you stay under the dryer until its totally dry or you'll have a frizzy mess!

  • templeprincess

    What is your hair type.

  • Comment removed

  • What is your hair type.

  • @ninamillz614 When you air dry in a twist, it will take forever to dry and it won't come out as smooth, same concept as a roller set
