I don't even have a problem with fox being a successful news network. My problem is that they will not own up to what they truly are when they hide behind the banner of "Fair and Balanced." Just own up to your conservative biased. (And dude who just grieved over his money on 9/11, I didn't even know people could be that greedy.)
I get why about 30% of americans vote for GOP: 10% = rich people, 20% = people not following politics closely and believing GOP slogans. BUT WHAT ABOUT THE 20% LEFT (assuming about 50% vote GOP, 50% vote Democrats). There is 20% of the population who are voting for a party that does NOT have their interest in mind - quite the opposite actually. This is a mystery to me...
@Moustik2011 But, see, you should re-evaluate your method of statistical research. Take me, for example: I am a moderate. I grudgingly vote Democratic because I will always do my part to keep a member of the Republican Crime Syndicate from holding office. And there is surely nothing unique about my opinions. Every year, more and more independents throw up in their mouths over diseased, Republican "morals."
@blackArt2000 Did you ever see the work that Popular Mechanics did on 9/11 conspiracy theories? They called in these mysterious people called "experts", located "documentation", critically examined evidence, and used a little something some call "Occam's Razor". People like you need to pull your heads out of your asses, because the shit you spew is beyond offensive, it is disrespectful of the dead and their surviving loved ones.
@unnamedenemy9 yes I saw that!............. and? btw... there is no mystery experts... its all v clear... easy to understand! and tell me why is it disrespectful to have a forensics team check a murder site?
@blackArt2000 I was using sarcasm to insult you. I would have thought that was fairly clear. And it isn't disrespectful to have an investigation. My problem with you is that there WAS an investigation, by professionals. the evidence has long since been examined, and guess what? Not a hoax, not an inside job, no big governmental conspiracy, just the single most destructive act of terror ever perpetrated on US soil, carried out by a foreign radical Islamist terrorist organization.
@blackArt2000 Depending on which site you are referring to, and when this examination took place, I would guess shattered remains of people, plane(s), and buildings, and I simply cannot imagine what evidence you plan to bring up that can possibly disprove the mountains of evidence that show it was are terribly real.
@unnamedenemy9 well I'm taking about the twin tower site and building 7 site..?
you don't know about the findings of unexploded nano thermite? which the EPA the BBC and now 3000 Engineers have confirmed. ?? you don't know about that? been all over the news!!!
@blackArt2000 you do realize that thermite doesn't explode, right? It also isn't used in professional demolition. Aside from all that, the paper this idea came from only states that it "reminded" them of thermite. On top of that, the samples they used were highly contaminated and didn't even burn like thermite (eg ignited at a much lower temperature). Basically the paper you base this on concludes that "maybe there was some thermite-like material somewhere in the WTC, possibly."
@unnamedenemy9 Thermite don't explode - your right there...
Nano thermite is a totally different product.
when mixed with Carbon it becomes an explosive..
at ground zero they found Unburned Nano thermite...
A Nano-thermite or "super-thermite"[1] is a metastable intermolecular composite (MICs) characterized by a particle size of its main constituentsa metal and a metal oxide, under 1 micrometre. This allows for high and customizable reaction rates.
@unnamedenemy9 Nano-thermites contain an oxidizer and a reducing agent, which are intimately mixed on the nanometer scale. MICs, including nano-thermitic materials, are a type of reactive materials investigated for military use, as well as for general applications involving propellants, explosives, and pyrotechnics. What distinguishes MICs from traditional thermites is that the oxidizer and a reducing agent, normally iron oxide and aluminium,
@unnamedenemy9 are in the form of extremely fine powders (nanoparticles). This dramatically increases the reactivity relative to micrometre-sized powder thermite. As the mass transport mechanisms that slow down the burning rates of traditional thermites are not so important at these scales, the reactions become kinetically controlled and proceed much more quickly.pioneered by Wayne Danen and Steve Son at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
@unnamedenemy9 A variant of the method is being used at the Indian Head Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Another production method for nanoaluminium powder is the pulsed plasma process developed by NovaCentrix (formerly Nanotechnologies)
This was found at the sites of all three buildings..
Developed by US Defence Contractors
So you tell me.. how did this expensive and V advanced compound end up in Abundance in the Twin Towers and Building 7?
@unnamedenemy9 The people who have got sick from Ground Zero is directly related to this compound.. the few that have been closely examined have found traces in there lungs - eyes - blood stream etc! maybe this is why the US Gov cut medical cover for these people. and left them to slowly die.
@blackArt2000 yet again, I feel I should point out that the report said that there were "little red flecks" that they claimed REMINDED them of thermite, but tests didn't bear this out. On top of that, Dr. Harrit (the primary author) claims that there would have been ten thousand tons of explosives. So unless the government also has invisibility tech, they could not possibly have hid that much from the thousands of people working there. Use basic logic and do something other copy/pasting and STFU
@unnamedenemy9 Not sure if you have been researching correctly? the "little red flecks" have been proven to be Nano Thermite - Identical chemical fingerprint and tests HAVE proved that! however is in a Nano format.. nanothermite is spray based so installation can be done very easily using a sol-Gel system. Currently los alamos national laboratory have the contract to develop this to a greater level. There is no need to copy and paste.. its common information.
@blackArt2000 I read the paper they wrote, so I know they couldn't prove it was nano thermite. They speculated that it had been contaminated since 9/11, but that doesn't change anything. I'm done wasting time on this stupid little debate about a stupid conspiracy theory. Consider my private reply to you earlier my final word on the subject.

Why are teabaggers so in love with Ronald Reagan? He's totally unlike them. Ronald Reagan raised taxes 11 times, gave amnesty to illegal aliens, tripled the debt, had Reaganomics & "trickle down" effect that didn't work, never worked & will never work, left office with the BIGGEST national debt & deficit in history & was involved in the Iran Conta scandal. Ronald Reagan may talk like a Republican but he governs like a Democrat. Ronald Reagan is a RINO
Is this really that surprising? I mean, yeah, its horrible and shows how corrupt our Senate is, but honestly, aren't we used to this shit by now? Apparently they think it would just be too expensive to help them, or maybe they consider it "welfare" [I honestly don't know, I'm just guessing].
Anyway, is it just me, or is that guy at the beginning of the video doing an impression of Rachel Maddow?
It's a sad fucking commentary on this nation that the defeat of this damned has to be brought to the attention of most people by a comedy show. And - without question - it is an abdication of our moral responsibility, as a nation, to not shine a light on this thing and to let it get defeated. It's shameful that news networks in the US paid no attention to this, and, that Republicans (largely) beat the thing down. Thanks Jon.
Why do so many male MSNBC anchors have those damned horn-rimmed glasses? It makes them all look like snarky douches. (sort of like how all the blond female Fox News anchors all look like former Oklahoma State sorority pledges).
@AndersonHenderson keen observation. I think the image it gives off is something like "we're liberal and we're smart." not to mention it's like the in-thing now with hipsters and pseudointellects in particular. I can't stand Fox news sluts like Megyn Kelly. awful.
@auralstream Ugh, don't get me started on the plague that is hipsterism. I'm always struck by how so many people that profess free-thinking, individualism, etc. inevitably end up looking identical to the rest of their niche-group. I'm left-of-center myself, yet still get these sort of bemused, "Hey,Rumsfeld" looks in my city's arts district because I'm clean-shaven, have an average(not bone-thin) build and *NEVER* wear tight/binding clothes.
And I agree, Mygyn Kylly is a vicious, snarling harpy.
He's nothing but ahardcore lib douche hiding his misinformation behind a veil of being satire. Unfortunately, you fools think he has credibility for some reason.
@pimpdalyrical Yep, that politifact - which has taken Stewart to task on 2 or 3 occasions. On the other hand, between 2009-11 Fox had 20+ false ratings - including two "Lies of the Year"and FIVE Pants on Fires ratings. But that doesn't bother you, right?
Sorry, it was absolutely a Republican filibuster; of the 60 nay votes in the senate,59 were R. And what do you mean most of the funding won't pay for medical care? Are you referring to cancer not being covered? That was only revealed recently.
Not really, since they probably just bought into some liberal false premise. Like that poll Stewart had to apologize for referencing suggesting FOX viewers were misinformed, when actually it was the poll that had it's facts wrong.
Plus, you're comparing a whole network to ONE guy. Who like I said, doesn't get called on it because Politifact won't check what he calls a joke, and you still believe.
@pimpdalyrical It's about reality and credibility as an official news outlet. Right side doesn't get any more excuses. They fucked up countries in the 80's (including Britain) and plenty more recently along with the sick and greedy on all political sides. Stop pretending they do anything good for the world or their own country. No rhetoric or trick arguments that don't mean anything. You cause suffering by defending them.
The "Right" created this country. The constitution is the most right wing document ever created. The "Right" viewpoint gave us the best off 'poor" on the planet and created the one country the rest of the leftist socialist world counts on to pull their ass out of the fire. We give more humanitarian aid around the world and we have saved the entire world more than once. Lefism creates hunger, collapse, and dependence. The whole world would do good to turn right sharply.
@pimpdalyrical Wow aren't we arrogant? First off, it was idealists from both sides of your "Right" and "Left" idealisms that comprised our founding fathers, if you believe otherwise congrats on the successful brainwashing.
Secondly, "Conservatism" is unique in the United States. In most parts of the world Conservatives believe in Strong, Unified Governments and Society over the Individual. We're freaks on a global theatre. Read a book sometime, it cures ignorance.
Yes, you are arrogant. No "founding father" was anywhere close to the absolute socialists that have taken over the American left. Today's "progressive" parrots the very English monarchy we fought to free ourselves FROM!
"Conserving" principles in a country is not new. Whats unique in the world about the American right is the constitution and it's principles we are fighting to "Conserve." Read Common Sense and the federalist papers sometime. They cure being a douchebag.
@pimpdalyrical I don't even know where to begin in debunking your baseless accusations. Thomas Paine suggested paying each American a salary, which is a welfare state on steroids. Not even the Scandinavian countries, which lead us in every "moral issue" from their low HIV rates and teen pregnancy rates to their rates of incarceration for non-violent criminals and their rates of drug use, suggest such a policy. How about YOU read some Thomas Paine?
@EXRazeBurn A point to add on to that second statement is that "Conservatism" in the USA say, believe in supporting the elite more than the common worker. So it rather depends on the "individual"
@EXRazeBurn sir our founding fathers had no political parties. Our first president George Washington didn't believe in them. So it wasn't "left" and "right" thinking that founded the nation it was American thinking.
@smswarrior1 Wow, I'm not even sure where to start with this...
1.) Yes, yes the founding fathers did have political groups. Perhaps by other names (popular names for active groups at the time include the "Whigs", the "Hawks" and the "Tories") but nontheless there. Many of these groups can in fact take credit for shaping the way some of our "founding fathers" saw the world around them.
2.) George Washington DID in fact dislike political parties due to their influence on people
@smswarrior1 but to EXPAND on that thought, what exactly would George Washington have been if just because he disliked the concept of political parties he had banned their existence?
What is that? Where the will and opinion of a single individual completely trumps the beliefs of a nation outright? Ohhh right, a TYRANT! So you're implying that in the time of the founding fathers, we didn't have political parties or diverse thought because Washington was a TYRANT?
@smswarrior1 George Washington was a great man (at least in this regard) because while he personally disliked the division of "political groups obsessed with taking this fledgling nation in opposite directions." He STILL believed that England had in fact been wrong to act without the will of a government empowered by the public and the public only (this is a relative statement given voting restrictions but compared to England's monarchy holds true). And so, he tolerated ALL views.
@AndersonHenderson Meybe Kelly will be less caustic with her Aryan baby now in the world. The majority fall for mass consumption and subculture indeed becomes culture repeated ad naseum by unoriginal people. Though I also get annoyed at the new groups people seem to hate or prejudge like hipsters and gingers...same old mob mentality with new paint job.
Uh, Jon Stewart IS a democrat, and he's jewish. So I speak the truth, especially when noting the hypocricy of a jew standing along side people who don't support Israel. Get a life. I'm black, isn't it supposed to be impossible for you libs to argue with me unless youre racist or something? Get a life clown.
@pimpdalyrical Wow... You are all over the place here..."standing along side people who dont support Isreal". In the context of this video clip what does that even mean? You do know there are Orthodox Jews who are Anti-Zionist right? And...What does you being black have to do with your ignorance? I am quite sure they are separate issues....
@kidmoe28 Democrats don't support Israel like they should. Jon Stewart is a democrat, and a Jew. Thats both ignorant, and traitorous to his heritage. Thus his show, and any clips from it, aren't worth listening to. Not to mention, it's a fucking COMEDY SHOW people! Not real news!
@pimpdalyrical It's a comedy show...exactly. So why do you give a shit about what they say? Stick to Fox if you want to hear what you want to hear... Clearly its all that you are comfortable with.
@kidmoe28 I give a shit when people spread what they here as satire, as if it were fact. I don't give a rat's ass about Jon Stewart. This show's less than mentally stable fans (not all of them) are the problem.
@pimpdalyrical Fox shames themselves. Fox bends truths and misrepresents information out of context to appeal to what their audience wants to hear. But I get the feeling you actually believe Fox News is "fair and balanced", lmao.
No, they present the conservative viewpoint to contrast the deluge of liberal media spin. Unlike the Daily Show, which openly makes stuff up in the name of Comedy, and it's fans take as true reporting.
"Fair and balanced" No,. No more then MSNBC promotes moving "forward" or that liberalism is "progress."
@pimpdalyrical You just made it quite clear that you've never actually seen the Daily Show (and maybe not even this video you're commenting on). The show's comedy is in its commentary, not Stewart exaggerating/fabricating the news (unlike "some" people, cough), the source material is insane enough that it needs no embellishment. Google politifact and compare how many times Fox News pops up vs. Stewart. Or please, elaborate on how he's "openly making stuff up in the name of comedy" in this video.
You mean the same politifact that gave Jon Stewart their worst possible rating of "Pants on fire" for his comments about christmas and congress?
How bout this video. Where Jon Stewarts whole "comedic" commentary pre-supposes without backing it up, that opposition to the bill was not bipartisan, that it was "win-win-win" or would even work. Is there any mention of how most of the money the bill collects doesn't go to actual medical care for anybody? No.
As for the bill, it's just like when House republicans blocked a useless two month extension of the payroll taxcut, but only FOX reported that it was because they had a plan to extended it a full year.
Not only has it been known this bill would withold cancer treatments since last july, but even Stewart ripped it for requiring recipients be checked against a terrorist watch list. Newsflash, passing bills requires more thought than what pleases comedy show hosts.
@PhilanVortex Jesus, you really dont get it do you?? You say Republican, I say tomaaaato, you say Democrat I say tomato. The only alliegence any of us should have is to the Bill of Rights and our Constitution and *NEWSFLASH* both parties shit all over them when they get in power.I have liberal views on most things & conservative views on other things but I wont be pidgeon-holed into one or the other.Although I have many liberal views I would vote for Ron Paul all the live-long day
@Renagade1325 I wouldn't say that. Democrats can be retarded, most definitely, but the Republicans are just on a whole other plain of retardation. Lets put it this way, Democrats are Forest Gump and Republicans are the town mongoloid.
@Renagade1325 I sense that you are trying to be clever with your wordplay. But, trust me, Republicans are the most emotional creatures who walk the planet. Some might even say...oh...I don't know...zealots. Let me guess - Ron Paul supporter? [groan]
@Renagade1325 yeah ha ha sounds like you got me figured out with ron paul supporters like you how can we go wrong. See, this is what I love about ignorant Ron-Paul-bots. As long as his average supporter is as intelligent as this genius, Laissez-Faire 2012 (aka, the corporations shit on you, and have their fun doing so) will NEVER gain acceptance among rational Americans
@Renagade1325 My grammar was unflinchingly proper, Cletus. Please, show me the error of my ways,. But, hey, RON PAUL 2012,amiright? Fucking simpleton.
Jon Stewart has noticed what I have seen for YEARS about the republican party, THEY MAKE NO SENSE, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ONE SIDED. If the republicans spent more time getting things done that are important instead of cutting taxes, we would get more done in congress. The old saying is right, the only things for sure in life is death and taxes, but what the hell are you going to do with the money when you are dead? NOTHING. money means nothing when you are dead.
I don't even have a problem with fox being a successful news network. My problem is that they will not own up to what they truly are when they hide behind the banner of "Fair and Balanced." Just own up to your conservative biased. (And dude who just grieved over his money on 9/11, I didn't even know people could be that greedy.)

Unfortunately, you fools think he has credibility for some reason.
pimpdalyrical 2 months ago
@pimpdalyrical Yep, that politifact - which has taken Stewart to task on 2 or 3 occasions. On the other hand, between 2009-11 Fox had 20+ false ratings - including two "Lies of the Year"and FIVE Pants on Fires ratings. But that doesn't bother you, right?
Sorry, it was absolutely a Republican filibuster; of the 60 nay votes in the senate,59 were R. And what do you mean most of the funding won't pay for medical care? Are you referring to cancer not being covered? That was only revealed recently.
AndersonHenderson 2 months ago
@AndersonHenderson
"But that doesn't bother you, right?"
Not really, since they probably just bought into some liberal false premise. Like that poll Stewart had to apologize for referencing suggesting FOX viewers were misinformed, when actually it was the poll that had it's facts wrong.
Plus, you're comparing a whole network to ONE guy. Who like I said, doesn't get called on it because Politifact won't check what he calls a joke, and you still believe.
pimpdalyrical 2 months ago
@pimpdalyrical It's about reality and credibility as an official news outlet. Right side doesn't get any more excuses. They fucked up countries in the 80's (including Britain) and plenty more recently along with the sick and greedy on all political sides. Stop pretending they do anything good for the world or their own country. No rhetoric or trick arguments that don't mean anything. You cause suffering by defending them.
qchad 1 month ago
@qchad
The whole world would do good to turn right sharply.
pimpdalyrical 1 month ago
@pimpdalyrical Wow aren't we arrogant? First off, it was idealists from both sides of your "Right" and "Left" idealisms that comprised our founding fathers, if you believe otherwise congrats on the successful brainwashing.
Secondly, "Conservatism" is unique in the United States. In most parts of the world Conservatives believe in Strong, Unified Governments and Society over the Individual. We're freaks on a global theatre. Read a book sometime, it cures ignorance.
EXRazeBurn 1 month ago 22
@EXRazeBurn

Hawks474 1 month ago
@EXRazeBurn sir our founding fathers had no political parties. Our first president George Washington didn't believe in them. So it wasn't "left" and "right" thinking that founded the nation it was American thinking.
smswarrior1 1 week ago
@smswarrior1 Wow, I'm not even sure where to start with this...
1.) Yes, yes the founding fathers did have political groups. Perhaps by other names (popular names for active groups at the time include the "Whigs", the "Hawks" and the "Tories") but nontheless there. Many of these groups can in fact take credit for shaping the way some of our "founding fathers" saw the world around them.
2.) George Washington DID in fact dislike political parties due to their influence on people
EXRazeBurn 1 week ago
@smswarrior1 but to EXPAND on that thought, what exactly would George Washington have been if just because he disliked the concept of political parties he had banned their existence?
What is that? Where the will and opinion of a single individual completely trumps the beliefs of a nation outright? Ohhh right, a TYRANT! So you're implying that in the time of the founding fathers, we didn't have political parties or diverse thought because Washington was a TYRANT?
9_9
EXRazeBurn 1 week ago
@smswarrior1 George Washington was a great man (at least in this regard) because while he personally disliked the division of "political groups obsessed with taking this fledgling nation in opposite directions." He STILL believed that England had in fact been wrong to act without the will of a government empowered by the public and the public only (this is a relative statement given voting restrictions but compared to England's monarchy holds true). And so, he tolerated ALL views.
EXRazeBurn 1 week ago

Get a life clown.
pimpdalyrical 2 months ago
@pimpdalyrical Wow... You are all over the place here..."standing along side people who dont support Isreal". In the context of this video clip what does that even mean? You do know there are Orthodox Jews who are Anti-Zionist right? And...What does you being black have to do with your ignorance? I am quite sure they are separate issues....
kidmoe28 2 months ago
@kidmoe28 Democrats don't support Israel like they should. Jon Stewart is a democrat, and a Jew. Thats both ignorant, and traitorous to his heritage. Thus his show, and any clips from it, aren't worth listening to. Not to mention, it's a fucking COMEDY SHOW people! Not real news!

@pimpdalyrical It's a comedy show...exactly. So why do you give a shit about what they say? Stick to Fox if you want to hear what you want to hear... Clearly its all that you are comfortable with.

@pimpdalyrical Fox shames themselves. Fox bends truths and misrepresents information out of context to appeal to what their audience wants to hear. But I get the feeling you actually believe Fox News is "fair and balanced", lmao.
auralstream 2 months ago
@auralstream
No, they present the conservative viewpoint to contrast the deluge of liberal media spin. Unlike the Daily Show, which openly makes stuff up in the name of Comedy, and it's fans take as true reporting.
"Fair and balanced" No,. No more then MSNBC promotes moving "forward" or that liberalism is "progress."
pimpdalyrical 2 months ago
@pimpdalyrical You just made it quite clear that you've never actually seen the Daily Show (and maybe not even this video you're commenting on). The show's comedy is in its commentary, not Stewart exaggerating/fabricating the news (unlike "some" people, cough), the source material is insane enough that it needs no embellishment. Google politifact and compare how many times Fox News pops up vs. Stewart. Or please, elaborate on how he's "openly making stuff up in the name of comedy" in this video.
AndersonHenderson 2 months ago
@AndersonHenderson
No.
pimpdalyrical 2 months ago
@AndersonHenderson
Newsflash, passing bills requires more thought than what pleases comedy show hosts.

one person lost cash on 9-11.
