It is north of the Dolphin roundabout. There is a bar complex, I think it is called Best Friend bar X, the family bar is in the second line of bars there. Enjoy.

@jcberry525 there are several family bars around Pattaya. But as the OP said this one is in Nakula, north of the Dolphin round about. On the right hand side just before you get to Soi 29/1. It is the VIP Beer Bar Complex.
