  • I got this recently, but I'm finding that i keeps catching and getting stuck. I don't have a swift though, that's why I got this. any ideas?

  • @Fluffymonkeyem I am so sorry for the delayed response! It's been so busy over here at the shop! We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with the electric ball winder, however, a swift is one of the integral parts of winding yarn, so that may be the trouble.
