I'm from Poland and even though I was born in '92, in SNES era, I didn't know such advanced games existed and I had my Atari 2600 till around 1998 (then I got NES and I was mindblown). All because of the aftereffects of the just recently fallen communism. But you know what? I don't regret it. I'm actually glad that I could get along with Atari so well. I cherish my memories of it, and because of the experience with it, I can appreciate video games from all generations.

Actually on the later levels the other cars start going SLOWER, so you approach them faster. :-)

I remember this game was my first racing game on videoconsole, I was 3 yrs old then...and this game gave me 2 options on my life... become a pilot or mechanic...unfortunately I wasn´t rich, but I startde as grease monkey, now I´m specialist mechanic..and this game gives me plenty amounts of pure diversion (I´m a Blue-collar worker but what the heck, I LOVE IT)...GO ENDURO, GO!!!

Agreed, this is THE driving game for the 2600. I remember I wanted "Pole Position" for xmas, and my parents got me this instead. I was mad at first, but, when I finally got around to playing Pole Position on the 2600, I was relieved.

Yeah Mark inspired me to get a Atari 7800 because of these Atari reviews. This review was great. I've seen Enduro actually at a local hobby store, it was likely a buck. So I think I'll have to pick that up now. This game looks pretty cool.

The driving scenes were great! Brought me back! However the egomaniac comentary was lacking in this, ya know like how all the emails come to Mark and how he's god, and people wanna dress, walk like him etc :D I know Mark has a Mazda now from reading his blog, an MX6? I remember he had an Infiniti in "The Real Game Room". It was nice to see him again, it reminded me a lot of the old eps where they actually got out of the studio good stuff. I think he was going to the library for punishment :D
