Negative desires, like an aversion to money, keep you from self realization just as surely as the desire for money. In the Bible, Jesus asked the rich man to give away his money and follow him. The rich man could not bring himself to do that, and turned away. Awakening the kundalini requires a similar response. It requires a letting go.

@cheeselover72 Sometimes when I do a video, I feel that there is such a rush of energy that I feel I am in a race-car going from 0-60 in under 2 seconds with my head thrown back. This video was like that. I think that is what people who are sensitive pick up on. I guess you did not feel it. Awakening the kundalini is an emotional experience, not an intellectual exercise. Emotions is where your karma is. It is better to know less emotionally than a lot intellectually.

This exercise invokes your inner spiritual resources, if you stay with it for the 40 days. What I have noticed over the course of a year, is no who started has finished. So it is safe in that respect. No one wanted that state badly enough. As for you, you have a lot on your plate, with classes and learning Japanese.

Joy shared is joy doubled. Once you have realized your complete connection to God and the universe, you want to share tht joy with others. In the search for others, you come across people who may never attain that joy, but who occupy your time so you cannot search for the true seekers. They may need a different connection to God, and you need to let them go to that connection. It all comes down to desire on the part of future students. I need to be ready for those people.
I feel what you say, but I am of the teaching if they don't ask for help, they can't use it even if you do try. Some people surely are not ready for such things, what determines their readiness I don't know.

As for the 2nd video, I did not realize it was now out of sync. When I first uploaded it seemed to be in sync.While practicing, do the Kai Kalpa breathing combo on video as well. I also recommend the PRANA Water, too. Both will clean out the nadis (subtle nerve channels) and activate the Kundalini.
That's a great question. And to be quite honest I'm not sure. I was under the impression that having the energy awakened would among other things give me a heightened sense of clarity and connectedness to my true nature and all that is. The present moment. I was hoping that I would be guided towards what to do with it. is this not one of the "effects" of the awakening? A clearer communication with source? A removal of blockages physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual in nature?
if so, I welcome all of those results as I am a serious "seeker" & keep being guided back to things related to kundalini. I do have apprehensions bcuz I know this is very serious business. I need a practice that wrks & some guidance frm someone w experience. I have taken ayahuasca 7 times with amazonian shamans. If you r aware of this medicine, how does it relate, if at all? @leeyiqing98733455 The purpose of this test (to see if you would manifest money without working for it) was to see you could let go of your aversion to money. Negative desires, like an aversion to money, keep you from self realization just as surely as the desire for money. In the Bible, Jesus asked the rich man to give away his money and follow him. The rich man could not bring himself to do that, and turned away. Awakening the kundalini requires a similar response. It requires a letting go.

You mention "awakening kundulini" yet never mention sat nam, the root chakra, shakti or anything that in my mind thr beginning of awakening kundulini entials.....you ramble and stammer and deliver a confused and rather frightening message....kundulin awakens grace in your life, not "strange things", that my friends is your "ego" and "perception" "people don't want you be successful?" perhaps in your life, but not in everyones....namaste

@cheeselover72 Sometimes when I do a video, I feel that there is such a rush of energy that I feel I am in a race-car going from 0-60 in under 2 seconds with my head thrown back. This video was like that. I think that is what people who are sensitive pick up on. I guess you did not feel it. Awakening the kundalini is an emotional experience, not an intellectual exercise. Emotions is where your karma is. It is better to know less emotionally than a lot intellectually.

@cheeselover72 There are many roads to enlightenment, and many of the road-signs never mention Sat Nam, chakras, or other methods of connection to the kundalini. Sometimes people are so lazy (I am sure you are not) that they want you to peel the banana and will refuse to eat it unless you do. There are problems with all the videos, if they are examined by professionals. The point that God is making is that it is worthwhile to pursue this knowledge, whatever the obstacles.If you examine all the other videos associated with this topic, none of them give you anything without any cost

There is a saying in the Bible that you should pull the beam out of your eye before you complain about the mote in somebody else's eye. But of course you've read the Bible several times, right? @snoopfr0g No I guess some of this stuff is really beyond my understanding. For instance, there is this Swami Nityananda that was the grand marshall at the opening of the Kumbha Mela this January. Now the police have warrants out for his arrest for rape, fraud, etc. I really can't understand that. Perhaps you, with your vast knowledge, will enlighten me? I really don't know how to lie and cheat like that. I can only speak from my own experience, so show me how it is done.

hi, thanks for this video, a few questions; has your kundalini awakened? Is it okay to do this breathign exercise more than twice a day? and is it okay to do it with the other side of the nose; breath in your right and out through left because it helps me breath through my other nose too.

@bobmonk92 If I was to say yes, how would you be able to tell if that was true?There's a saying in India - Only a snake knows the other snake's feet. The real test of any system is to see the effects for yourself.I will tell you the people that have tried and failed have still been pleasantly surprised at the effects, and are continuing. The problems come after the Kundalini is awakened.

Once the kundalini is awakened, your life undergoes a dramatic change. Prior to that, it is best develop systems that encourage structure in your life. Too much practice every day speeds up the awakening prematurely, before you are ready for the energy. I have advised people to stop the practice, because they have pain in the body. The goal is to awaken the kundalini safely, and to prepare for the influx of energy. This requires time, in most cases..

@thablackmarkit You cannot open the 3rd eye without opening and cleaning the other chakras. The people that claim that are mistaken. You can concentrate on the 3rd, ajna chakra, which induces awakening of the kundalini and cleaning of the lower chakras first.

This exercise invokes your inner spiritual resources, if you stay with it for the 40 days. What I have noticed over the course of a year, is no who started has finished. So it is safe in that respect. No one wanted that state badly enough. As for you, you have a lot on your plate, with classes and learning Japanese.

There are a large number of people who have trouble manifesting through the use of the Law of Attraction only. They fail to understand the laws of Karma, and so are unable to overcome their negative Karma. They may succeed initially, but then fail. These people then turn away from the use of the law of Attraction. Through the use of the Mantra of the breath, SoHam, their imaging is connected to God's support, and everything becomes possible. Success breeds greater success.

bullocks! breathing never principally does this! call energy/holyspirit/para/ki for 40 days atleast (1/2 an hour a day) intentionally and sincerely.YOu will get it! it is a free energy and dont need to be attuned! At some cases,it will come instantly (since of the quench/desire).all the other ways are just random procedures and wont replicate the desired result. Key is Surrender to Gd or Supreme energy.Dont set up any rules or commit so you dont need to obey it.Make it simple!

I was studying with Sant Keshavadas, when a married man asked for a mantra to complexly change his life. A week later he died of a heart attack. His wish for an entirely different life meant that he would leave this universe to go to another one, and leave his physical body behind. His wife was totally pissed at leaving her behind. Joy shared is joy doubled. Once you have realized your complete connection to God and the universe, you want to share tht joy with others. In the search for others, you come across people who may never attain that joy, but who occupy your time so you cannot search for the true seekers. They may need a different connection to God, and you need to let them go to that connection. It all comes down to desire on the part of future students. I need to be ready for those people.

I feel what you say, but I am of the teaching if they don't ask for help, they can't use it even if you do try. Some people surely are not ready for such things, what determines their readiness I don't know.
It all comes down to free will. Free will in not knowing. This would be why we have to 'seek' and why we may never find undeniable proof of aliens or Spirits, if we did we would destroy the free will of being ignorant haha.

Thank you for considering trying this practice. I have a question for you though. What are you going to do when your Kundalini is awake?The awakened Kundalini makes demands on you, didn't you know?
As for the 2nd video, I did not realize it was now out of sync. When I first uploaded it seemed to be in sync.While practicing, do the Kai Kalpa breathing combo on video as well. I also recommend the PRANA Water, too. Both will clean out the nadis (subtle nerve channels) and activate the Kundalini.

That's a great question. And to be quite honest I'm not sure. I was under the impression that having the energy awakened would among other things give me a heightened sense of clarity and connectedness to my true nature and all that is. The present moment. I was hoping that I would be guided towards what to do with it. is this not one of the "effects" of the awakening? A clearer communication with source? A removal of blockages physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual in nature?

I need a practice that wrks & some guidance frm someone w experience. I have taken ayahuasca 7 times with amazonian shamans. If you r aware of this medicine, how does it relate, if at all? Can you give examples of the kinds of demands you speak of? That would be appreciated.
