say what you will, but I think this was the film with the iconic line where the small boy asked why the cave man had to die. Worth it for that alone, if this is the film.
I had to search for the name of this one. the little kid and the cave man was the only clue. kind of cheesey looking, but I hope it is available . still pretty good entertainment.
@Kaffyboy I remember it well. The castaways were cavemen. The Professor invented the wheel, but instead of rotating it on the round part he flipped it over on the flat sides. Back to the drawing board. D'oh! So close and yet so far. LOL
Funny thing about these old movies is the monsters always are so slow an the damsel or random guy that peopel yust know is gonna die allways slip or run right into a blind end og yust stay still screaming.
I LOVED this flic when I was a kid! (I still think its alot of fun today!) They just don't make them like this anymore... And its a pity, because shlock cinema far more entertainment than the high-budget drek they churn out today!
Unless I miss my guess, the narrator is the Late-Great Les Tremaine; probably best known for playing Gen. Mann in the Origional War of the Worlds.
I bought my copy on ebay. The dvd was in a beautiful widesceen presentation. It wasn't expensive either. Jack H. Harris- The man who gave us Dinosaurus; also made The Blob and The 4D Man! This film and Gorgo was the inspiration for Jurrasic Park.

A scene from this movie was used in a dream sequence in 'Gilligan's Island'.

Nothing Michael Bay has done can compare to a man punching a T-rex to death with a steam shovel.

@acynetobacter anything with stop motion dinosaurs is instantly classic. (with the exception of Jurassic Park.)
