The console command is like cl_ragdollphysics 0 or something like that. It helps with FPS, but also just doesn't make bodies hang out all over the ground which may block your view from people peeking out or something.

Just really focus at burst firing 2-3 shots at the head, don't spray unless they're really close to you and if you have to spray pull down and to the side slowly. With the M4, pull down slow and wiggle it slowly near their knees. Mainly, AK + Spray doesn't mix too well, practice really hard at bursting at their face slowly (make sure recoil comes all the way down)

The trick to no-scoping is really to just visualize your target at the center of your screen and give your mouse a very very tiny flick up when you shoot. Takes a lot of practice, and it still is a lot of luck involved, but it's controllable.

I actually dont think the enemys are low at all.. Look at their tactics. I wouldn't do that if you were low, attacking on same time.. just means that riot and his crew is quite better.. But dont think the enemys is low at all..

Well when you are scrimming or playing matches, you should be communicating with your 4 other teammates constantly. There shouldn't ever be a time where you don't know where your teammates were or where they died, you should all communicate. Making bodies disappear helps to "unclog" the hallways, dead corpses can sometimes hide people that are coming up from dark places or something.

Just practice a lot with the M4 and the AK, they are pretty much the best guns and will make you better with all guns. Aim for the head, shoot slow and in bursts, and strafe when you move/fire. Don't move forward/back when you fire or your shots won't go straight
