Crazy guy - remember seeing him at Guildford Festival - the wildest deranged eyes I've ever seeon on anyone. He leaped straight off the stage into the audience carrying a burning lantern, flailing his arms round and singing at the top of his voice! Brilliant ;)
Fun fact: When writing Beavis and Butthead Do America, Mike Judge originally wanted White Zombie to do a cover of this song for the scene where Beavis is tripping. And now you know!
It was 1969, I took Nancy to Cobo to see Arthur Brown. I was walking her to the restroom and she took my hand. Oh what a feeling! A tingle that has lasted me a life time. It was so simple, but I will remember that feeling for the rest of my life. She was so proper back then.
another fun fact: this song is featured in the movie "hot fuzz" about an occult secret society that runs a small community and kills whoever interferes with their "ways". The evil grocer played by timothy dalton plays this song in his car as he's passing through a vehicular homicide crime scene with a smile on his face:) great flic, lotsa hidden truth
it may not be deicide but arthur brown was definitely into crowley and all things occult. here's the opening lyrics; I am the god of hell fire, and I bring you
Great classic song! I'm an old rocker from the 70's and 80's. And this song is definitely close to being insane! On the edge, truly unique. I love it!

Im sick of all the ''im 12 years and love this music, its so much better than todays music'' comments.

Age is not relevant.
If you hear this for the first time today, it can still remind you of good times in the future even if its an old song.
