If it's fake, they did the editing pretty good, they added the reflection in the surrounding objects like the car's bumber. What made me doubt is when I pause-play, pause-play, there was no reflection on the car at one video frame but there is still a remnant of lightning fading away from the man. So there should still be a reflection of light on the bumper. And why is he taking a video of a man crossing anyway, which is more doubtful. If it was a security camera it'll be another story.
