I think engine start sequence goes from 4 to 1 on the reverse order, ate least thats what i saw on Virgin Atlantic's ITVV B744 video.

Thank you . i think the sequence depends on the surrounding of the aircraft : Buses; ground staff etc

Ok u flew from Paris-Boston but did you type in all the waypoints by using the legs or did u have a co route and if u had a co route how do you make 1?

yes i like realistic flight so I enter all the waypoints and fixes myself in the FMC before taking off. but you can use softwares like FSbuild ( very good for oceanic flights) for building the flightplan and then create a file for the pmdg FMC , then you put the filename in the CO-route. sorry for the delay i was in holidays . i hope i helpt you
