You're exactly right AmericaTops, and this is not being "picky" at all, because Christ Himself warned His disciples to beware of the "leaven (or sin) of the Pharisees." Leaven (yeast) in a spiritual sense represents sin, which has NO place in anything that represents the perfect body of Christ. And since we're on the subject, using fermented (putirfied) grape juice to represent the perfect blood of Christ is just as blasphemious! I know I've stirred up a hornets nest -- but think about it.
OK.. nice song. It is truly Christ's Body and Blood.. but not "for all we've been, and all we've been through," but rather for the FORGIVENESS of our SINS. That is not mentioned at all in the song, which is a bit too sentimental. Also, the bread should (if possible) be unleavened (flat) bread, not a Western loaf! (sorry to be picky, but it's true). No pastor is such a liturgical church as pictured would use a puffy loaf of bread as shown! The elements used should be as close to actual ones
Where did you find this video? I was a production assistant/music techno on this video and one more of her songs "Shelter"...just wondering do you have it too?
i bought it in november when i went to a gaither concert, a dvd of her music videos was for sale at janet's table. i talked with her for a bit and she signed the dvd for me
Wonderful video!
