when i play cod i would have good connection most of the time. but wehn my brother go on the computer at the time im playing cod it would lag so much. they make up excuse saying thatour house was far from the central building my mom put money on gud connection and they give us this bullshit. lag is wat really pisses me off wehn it lags i just say verizon sucks fuk verizon. im still usin the service and it still sucks. i want time warner cable back.

Actually for awhile I played pretty well on Live at that speed(I just couldn't use bandwidth on anything else) . Also if you played attention instead of running your mouth I was able to get the online price as the web page itself was defective and a business must honor any deal it states. Also, the issue was the line was crossed with some business across town my home line should have been cleared their fault not mine. So you are in fact the idiot.
I'm amazed anyone even called u back the next day---but then this must be b/c u're a fresh cash source. For yrs now they Always Promise someone w/call us back to resolve issues yet it's NEVER happened once for me or anyone I know personally. I take screenshots @ site b/c they lie consistently @ what's on their site & what 1 rep tells u w/likely be diff't than what the next 10 reps explain (each w/be diff't). Horrible nasty company & NO PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS.
i have been calling thier tech support for three weeks about stadic on my phone line and slow DSL ....soo three weeks passed and thier still saying my ticket can only be repaired on the 4th of jan 2010 that the line man is busy in my area ?

Call the Public Service Commision in your area to file a complaint with the company. As soon as I did like magic the director of such and such told me within a day my issues will be fixed. They were.
just a quick question...do you have a filter on the phone line? If the connection is slow and there is static, it could be due to no filter or a bad filter. Just a thought....
My equipment for the DSL service didn't include filters as the service was DSL only. I told them at ordering I don't have a phone account with them or another phone company. Due to doing computer tech repair jobs I have three DSL filters and none of them work.

i get 1.57 mbps
