Question. The file, someway, is connected to the program VLC, the file isn't a blank document it has the picture of the VLC program. How do you make a file clear from such a program? I think that is the reason why i can't use the program you gave in the discription.. Hopefully someone can help me..

All nice and fine, got this software LEGALLY, but there is a much better way, iMovie '09. Not sure if it works with '08. Anyway, iMovie recognizes the camcorder, downloads the files off of it, and stores them as .mov files without any hassle. Moreover, the quality is 300% better than by iskySoft. Try it!

I use MPEG Streamclip which plays MODs and gives me the ability to convert them into almost any format and quality I want. I had to down load a program from Apple to work with Streamclip but once I did everything worked perfectly.
