No. this is the single version that was played on the radio back then. the video version has the dance breakdown part of it.

I learned it all in a couple of hours, but it gets confusing near the end where you do the same moves but out of order, I can't do it to just the music, I need the girl in the instruction video to say all the moves for me to remember it properly.

Lots of fun though, I'm going to try to teach this to my wedding party.
