I saw this live. CNN & Fox really are distorting the coverage. I was there this afternoon in person. I only saw one random act of destruction was all. The sheer numbers of police-force units was alarming to say the least. You are not as smart as you think you are. If you apply for a permit and restricitons are put on it you sue for a violation of your rights. You put in the permit long enough ahead of time in the city of the event and if it gets denied or is unacceptable you sue the city.

I was down there today, I saw more people filming, taking pictures, and just looking, than I saw protestors. I met a guy that came all the way from West Va to see this. The police here were very excited to have some action. Wasnt really nothing though.

Hopefully Americans will use this opportunity to show the world they aren't all brainwashed sheeple, obediently going along with every whim of their corrupt and evil Government. Americans should revolt, take to the streets and defeat this globalist scum. The US Govt have already built "internment centres" for the thousands of protesters they intend to imprison, sooner or later. It's best to spend one day on your feet than a lifetime on your knees and Americans have been on their knees to long.

Getting rid of Posse Comitatus is necessary for a Government that considers it's own people an enemy. The internment centres have been built and staffed with willing brainwashed morons who will happily imprison Americans merely for exercising the First Amendment rights. The protests are offensive and disturbing to the people of Pittsburgh. We have been threatened with violence. None of the people of the Pittsburgh should be subject to this. We do not want the protests occuring here. We do not want our buildings destoryed and our citizens threatened. There is no message in unlawful violence. Leave the people of Pittsburgh alone.

Note that most protesters left when ordered to and the tear gassing occurred in response to a "small group" that overturned trash cans.
Look at the huge number of reporters covering what was a tiny march, almost as if they knew in advance a confrontation was going to happen! :)

I saw this live. CNN & Fox really are distorting the coverage. There were very few non-peaceful "anarchists" more likely paid provocateurs, maybe 20 or so, the rest of the people were your average peaceful citizen just protesting the globalization and destruction of the US at the hands of the bankers and ruling elite. And the trash can was rolled AFTER the military fired on the peaceful protestors with tear gas and LRAD. This is the 4th Reich. Get used to it, or fight back.

I was there this afternoon in person. I only saw one random act of destruction was all. The sheer numbers of police-force units was alarming to say the least. I would safely say that police outnumbered protesters five to one. This is NOT America! Pittsburgh was a militarized zone today. The city was completely shut off from the public. Nazi German enjoyed more freedoms than did Pittsburgh today! I am gravely ashamed of my country today and its flag. I am ashamed to call myself an American today.

You can thank the thugs of the non complying protesters for the police presence. These protesters were trying to get to the convention center which is off limits. Lucky the garbage bin that they wheeled hit the truck and not an officer.
