It's the final 6 seconds of the Mega Man II credits music, (or at least the version played in the Gamecube 15th Anniversary Collection). I didn't expect anyone to recognize it, I just thought it was a cute 8-bit tune. =^p

@nicholascooney It was made of a bunch of miniature yellow-cakes with butter frosting. =^) It all tasted good and sugary-sweet except for the black frosting. =^p
