The only way that I can stop a 111 as toss is with super fast expo into 7 gate chargelots. There is probably a better way but thats the one I've found works best for me.

Ive never had the 1-1-1 build work for me when i produce off of the factory, i just use it to unlock the raven for the point defense drone. Actually ive never seen a terran use tanks against toss.
