I have always bought my workout shoes at a quality running store. For the last 15 years I have worn the same brand and model of shoe. This time after I purchased them within one week of wearing them started having the symptoms. I decided to make sure it was the shoes that caused it so did the ice and stretching for 3 weeks. Was much much better. Just put the shoes back on last night -- wore them for 2 hours -- and extreme pain again - help!

I had constant pain from P.F. in my right heel. I found Happy Feet insoles at a tradeshow and have been pain free after wearing them for only 3 days. I no longer have that pain when I walk!
